Great location and the rooms are very comfortable
Some issues with the safe box in the room that didn't work and the staff took omost an hour and a few calls to the reception to answer and in the end I had to change my room.

The staff is nice, the place is clean. Good location.
The rooftop was renovated and there was a lot of noise. The rooftop wasn’t available obviously and that a shame they didn’t said when I made the reservation. The pool was green, doesn’t seem someone clean it a long time. The put on the 7th floor and the elevator reach only the 6 floor.

There was not even one Arabic channel on the TV. Although I noticed that there were a lot of Arabic guests.

Very nice room.
The hotel is "dog friendly ". I checked in with my dog. There was no discussion about rules or fees. Then, when getting on the elevator this other guy working the front stopped me to ask if I knew the pet policies. I said I read them online. He said..."no, there are fees and you must sign a waiver". I said that I literally just checked in and nothing was said. Well.....he took my credit card and charged me more and had me sign some waiver. I feel this is bad customer service, as I did not hide my dog or anything. Jesus Christ, if the hotel staff make a mistake, it is not my mistake. Absorb the costs and do better next time. Don't make me feel like a criminal.

The location , helpful staff
When we ask for something we have to ask three to four times , our family room ac was not working , my children slept in the hot room and when they cleaned my room they did not refill my tea coffee or tissue . But they fixed all that in the second and third day .

Location was great. You can walk to most attractions in less than 20 mins. Very close to many restaurants and shops. Very lovely reception area. Great pool area with a nice view.
A bit noisy. Even if the room gives onto the indoor patio you can hear the loud music from the pool. Gym was very small and very weird way to get there.

Weekend for the gay pride they gave us a room that we didn't like and they change it even though it was really fully booked they have a lot of respect to the guest and the answer everything

Location was excellent. The facilities were immaculate.
The staff was not especially warm or helpful. We were there during pride week and had to get to the train station on the day of the parade. When we asked the front desk for advice getting to the station, if they knew anything about crowds, and how we would get onto the street if the parade barricaded were up… the reception desk staff said “that’s not my problem” … literally.

The location was convenient.
The price was too high for the level of service provided. Complimentary water was only offered on the first night, and when I asked for more, I was told that I had to pay for it.
