Good
Friendly , knowledgeable staff and wonderful breakfast. Great location.
Something was constantly making noise every twenty seconds. Not sure if it was AC but this was difficult to ignore when trying to sleep.

Wonderful
First time in Madrid and the location of the hotel couldn’t have been better. Away from the crowds in an elegant neighborhood of Madrid, we enjoyed the vibe. Breakfast was fantastic, high quality produce, proper bread and 4 different granolas and yoghurts to choose from.

They allowed us to check in early after a 530am flight arrival and had our luggage delivered to our room. We checked in at 10am instead of 4pm which made a huge difference! We appreciated the effort they put into helping us out so much.
Nothing.

Excellent location in the Salamanca district, very convenient for shopping, restaurants and getting around Madrid. The hotel was comfortable and worked perfectly for our short stay.
Nothing significant to mention. We only stayed for one night.

Pleasant
The location and the staff. Breakfast
The air conditioning in several of the rooms wasn’t working well - the temperature wouldn’t go below 25 C. The hotel staff were nice enough to offer a different room on a newer floor, but it seemed like several of the older rooms were in need of an upgrade

The location is super central, and the metro stop is literally outside the hotel!! Lots of restaurants and shopping to do in the area, which generally feels clean and safe. The room is comfortable, clean, spacious, and smells nice. Breakfast is a highlight here, so good!!!! We would 100% stay here again in Madrid.

I loved the room, even if I didn’t had a nice view it made up for it! Approved for women 100% (mirrors, esthetics etc). It’s also walking distance to nice cafes, shopping and restaurants
It was noisy when people are talking outside in the hall
