Everything
The staff was always a bit short and impolite, no matter if it was the girl or both young men working.

Erin (young couple)
stayed in October, 2026
Guest Score 6 out of 10
Pleasant
Rooms and bathrooms were nice
Pool and rooftop was lack luster, no bar or pool service available even though the website makes it seem like it. Not updated or that clean. The hotel also had a weird smell. Check in was too long and the incidental was for our entire room so the cost at check in was double the room cost. There are better hotels in Madrid I’ve stayed at for the price.

INCIDENTAL BUT TO ADVERTISE A SWIMMING POOL WAS A STRETCH!!!!
WAS A SPLASHPOOL REALLY BUT DIDN'T DETRACT FROM THE EXCELLENT HOTEL AND STAFF.
A FANTASTIC STAY.
