Beautiful 4 * hotel near centre of Madrid. Pleasant staff and good optional breakfast. Hotel cleaning was amazing and cannot thank them enough!
Pool politics. Be clear about expectations in pool eg how many people at once and don’t let idiots behave inappropriately splashing others purposely for humour ( children behave better)

Very clean, nice staff in the lobby, best location, nice pool
The staff was always telling us what not to do hahah, we could not put our feet on a table while relaxing, you cannot drink while in the pool, you cannot eat food anywhere at the hotel (not even at the rooftop) unless in your room lol. The pool area is small so very few benches to lay on, was almost always full.

There were drunk people at the pool which was very annoying. Although we informed to the man in charge of the pool, both Irish drunk men continued to bother people, shout, scream. One of them even got his swimming suit off in front of us.

Loved the hotel in general overall and the breakfast. Location was very good too!

Lovely time in the terrace, nice view. Fresh food in the buffet. Very comfortable and silent rooms. I would surely come back to Catalonia Atocha. Everything great!! Very near to Barrio de las Letras, Museums, Puerta del Sol and Gran Via.
