Everything was perfect during my stay. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, and the staff were friendly and helpful. I really enjoyed my time there and would gladly stay again.
The only downside was getting to the hotel from the train station. There were a lot of stairs along the way, which made carrying luggage quite difficult and inconvenient. Aside from that, everything was excellent.

Great location. Loved the staff especially Alejandro and Carolina who took great care of us. Loved getting "lost" as we walked the streets of Madrid.
It rained while we there ! But that in not in anyone 's control!

Great location. Nice rooftop terrace but I never saw the bar open and there didn’t seem to be a bathroom. The outdoor pool was tiny and the area not particularly pleasant
I just felt it was not a 4 star hotel. Very underwhelming. The reception area and the room decor felt more like a UK budget brand hotel. No free bottles of water, no robes or slippers, no body lotion. Cheap coffee and only 1 sachet of caf 1 decaf and 2 small milk for a room for 2. I’ve stayed at hotel next door before, also 4 star but much more comfortable/ luxurious and more like 4 star

Perfect location: walking distance to the museums, the Retiro park, and to Atocha train station. Metro station just a few meters from the hotel.
Delicious breakfast: fresh, with many options for everyone. I stayed for a week and had something different every day.

The rooms were spacious and Hotel was clean and tidy. The rooms were a decent size and the bed was comfortable. The bathroom was large. I loved the free water and chocolates.
The staff were polite and friendly, and the location was exactly where you needed it to be with everything accessible by foot.
This hotel has a spa and I was fortunate enough to have a treatment which was delightful.
The swimming pool was cute but incredibly small (like a large shower tray and shallow) with a total of six sun loungers. When I went up to take a look, they were in use. Luckily, we didn’t have time to use it otherwise I would’ve been disappointed. There is a small bar up there and the views looked fabulous.
