Location, amenities, being warmly greeted by staff on arrival with cold vermouth(excellent). Staff went above and beyond to get us settled into our room, giving us an upgraded room, a drink on the house while we were waiting for our room. We were very well cared for. I will highly recommend your hotel to anyone planning to stay in Madrid.

The views are incredible. The deco was good and the room was spacious and uncluttered. The shower and bathroom was very good.
The hallways where very dark.

Great location, cool interior, very nice and helpful staff. We loved our stay at the hotel.
The tv could have more english speaking channels, or possibilities to cast from phone or tablet.

Good size, clean, modern bedroom with a very large bathroom with separate shower and bath. Bed was enormous (2m wide) and very comfortable. Staff very helpful and provided good restaurant recommendations. Very extensive breakfast spread with lots of options. Good value for money as well in our view given the location, quality of accommodation and breakfast.
Restaurant is only open Friday/Saturday night, but there are plenty of good options nearby even if arriving late. It's about a 35 minute walk over to the big three art galleries, but a metro station is right outside if you don't fancy the walk. And it's a short walk to the Royal Palace.
