Loved the family room for our family of 4. We were so comfortable and it was very spacious by European standards. Bathrooms were lovely. Beds were comfortable. Staff were very sweet and helpful.
The only negative, and it seems to be a trend everywhere, the rooms are too dark. No bigger lamps or overhead lighting. We had to keep the bathroom light on and pocket doors open to try to get more light in the room. I needed my phone’s flashlight to find things in my bag.

Our favorite hotel in Madrid. It has an excellent location on a quite side street, 30m away from la Castellana and one block away from Serrano street (Great for shopping).
The service at the hotel is fantastic. The most friendly and helpful staff, the room is very spacious, clean and beautifully decorated.
You cannot go wrong with this hotel.

Nothing other than that the rooms were a bit dark. We were at the back on the 2nd floor and it was super quiet!

The hotel has a good location, close to public transport, including the metro. The rooms are clean, and the bathrooms are large and modern. However, some corner rooms can be quite small. In my case, there was very little space around the bed, which made the room feel tight.
I had a special early breakfast request arranged with the reception and paid for it in advance, as I needed specific food before my race. Unfortunately, when the breakfast bag arrived early in the morning, it contained completely different and unrelated items. This was a disappointing and negative experience, especially given the importance of the request.

Stupid neon light next to the bedside table that can’t be turned off - needs fixing in all the rooms I bet.
Would put me off staying longer there.
