Our go to hotel in Madrid. Perfect location on a pedestrian mall. Walking distance to Plaza Major, Presidential Palace, El Retiro Park and many other attractions. Close to the metro.

Good location, handy for parking and local sites; Puerta del Sol, Plaza Mayor etc Plenty of bars and restaurants nearby.
Parking arrangements with local car park could be a little clearer. Do not pay at the machine. They are not connected and you have to take the stamped ticket to the car park reception. On Calle de la Farmacia.

The hotel’s location in Madrid was very good and convenient. the staff were friendly and helpful. The shared terrace area, where coffee, cookies, and fruit were offered, was very pleasant and enjoyable.
the cleanliness of the rooms was quite poor; it was obvious that the floors hadn’t been properly cleaned or vacuumed for a long time.
