Comfortable bed and pillows, very clean, cheerful and helpful staff, 5th floor lounge area, sound insulates rooms
We hung our towels so they would not be changed by housekeeping, but they changed them anyway. We tried to be green !

excellent location right next to a shopping street. good sound isolation. friendly staff. comfy bed. complimentary snacks. good shower water pressure.
room is a bit small but i guess it's part of being a 3 star hotel. bed sheets weren't changed daily. also, we were on the first floor and we often heard water flushed down (not sure if this was rain water or from the drainage).

The rooftop and cafe in the hotel were private and well stocked. Perfect location right in the center of town surrounded by shops and restaurants!
Did not like the white lighting in some rooms, felt like one was in a hospital room!

The location is excellent, right in the center of Chueca. The staff were very helpful and kind, and helped us many times

The location was absolutely incredible, right in the heart of the neighborhood Chueca with the chicest stores and great boutique coffee places. The staff was always welcoming and each morning we had a bag with 2 bottles of water and 2 pastries waiting on our door :) The 5th floor has a great coffee/cacao and juices machines and a display of cookies, all complimentary.
While the room was pretty large and spacious, the toilet/shower was extremely small and quite frankly it felt pretty cheap (the door didn't even close all the way). The room didn't have a closet or drawers to make it feel organized (with the suitcases, bags and shopping we had).

Location was great and the queen size bed is a plus. The rooftop and the 24 free cafe was great so convenient!

Perfect location. Very friendly staff, comfortable room and fair value for money. Very clean. Water in the mini fridge as courtsy.
Water leaks to the bathroom floor during shower because the door doesn’t properly contain it.

Friendly staff, clean, great location, pleasant atmosphere - not grand but pleasant. Has a free rooftop lounge area, indoor and out with coffee, cookies, juices, and fruit selections. When in Madrid we always stay here. Pet friendly also.

This hotel is fantastic. It has friendly, helpful staff, great a/c, spacious rooms with comfortable beds. In a great location close to many sights and metro stops. It has a cute lounge area on the roof with coffee and cookies. Nice little touches. I will stay here again.
