Very nice room in the city center. With large windows, like typical Spanish buildings. Very clean, with free coffee and tee and free pastries in the morning hanging on the room’s door .

It was the welcome that we received from Receptionist Linda that made a big difference to our stay. Friendly, welcoming, professional and helpful. The room was fine - big comfortable bed, good shower, big towels, minimalist design, complimentary water in the room fridge and air conditioning. A complimentary bag of croissants can be found hanging on the outside door handle each morning. There are phone charges and sockets built into the bed base. Very quiet room despite location in a shopping street which we realized was due to the good double-glazing windows. In addition there is a seating area on the top floor, where guests can make a coffee or tea and help themselves to the complimentary fruit and cookies. There is also an open air terrace which was perfect for drinking that morning coffee.
The room safe was a bit of a challenge and I had to phone Linda to come and assist us.

The staff were so helpful and friendly!
The bathroom layout. After taking a shower, the floor would be wet to access the toilet or sink. Air conditioning could be better

Excellent location, extra refreshments is available which is handy and nice to have. Big room and good shower.
Noise from next door room can be heard easily which affects sleep.

Despite being in a busy area it's quite quiet and I was on the first floor (2nd floor in America). The front desk staff was so friendly and complimented my Spanish which was nice - they all speak wonderful English. It was nice to feel welcomed after a long flight and have the room be ready, cool (because it's hot outside) and comfortable. The complimentary snack bar and cold juices and fresh water were an awesome bonus to the stay.
