Fantastic location, could not be bettered.
Staff were friendly and helpful
Room was spacious with great air con and a comfy bed
Great coffee
Hairdryer and nice toiletries in the room
No breakfast (tho there was free coffee, orange juice, tea, fruit & biscuits on the top floor) but this was a minor niggle as there were loads of cafes nearby. And staff left a croissant outside my door each morning which was a nice surprise

The rooftop lounge with 24 hour coffee and cookies was fantastic. The ice machine was excellent!
Every one of the staff that I met was delightful.
The shower had excellent temperature, power, and was designed in a way that it did not get water all over the bathroom like so many other hotels.
The bed had an awkward board running alongside of it which made it difficult to get in and out. It was very odd.

They left our stored luggage in hotel side alley and ot sll got too hot in sun.
