Despite being in a busy area it's quite quiet and I was on the first floor (2nd floor in America). The front desk staff was so friendly and complimented my Spanish which was nice - they all speak wonderful English. It was nice to feel welcomed after a long flight and have the room be ready, cool (because it's hot outside) and comfortable. The complimentary snack bar and cold juices and fresh water were an awesome bonus to the stay.

Location was perfect, a 15-20 walk to El Retiro, also to Mercado de San Miguel. Amazing food all around within minutes. Easy and accessible and the staff was so friendly and helpful the whole time on all shifts!
My only small issue, which I didn't report and is not anyone's fault, was that the AC unit was not working at full capacity. Even with the key card in the electric slot, it just couldn't cool the whole room and it was very hot even at night. It probably just needed someone to look at it but I wasn't too worried for our shirt stay.

The room was an ideal size for our 4 nights stay. It was clean, comfortable and the staff very friendly and helpful. We also were provided with a small bag pastries each morning on our door handle, which was very unexpected but much appreciated!
The location was ideal being allow the busy shopping street but didn’t have any parking or drop off facilities and if you’re hoping for a pool day at the property they don’t have one unfortunately. However, this was t a priority for us, as we were more keen to explore the city.
