Good central location close to shops, restaurants and the metro. Nice room, comfortable bed
There is quite a lot of noise at night due to the location. Also I felt the rooms were not very well sound-proofed so there was noise from the corridor and other parts of the hotel.

Room is spacious and comfortable. The balcony has beautiful view.

The location was great as it was within walking distance to the Gran Via. There are also many stores surrounding the hotel. The coffee bar the hotel has on the top floor was a highlight as we were able to warm up food and make coffee in the morning. The staff, especially Jamie and Victoria, were so kind and helpful. I would definitely stay here again.
The shower in our room was a bit leaky.

Comfortable bed and pillows, very clean, cheerful and helpful staff, 5th floor lounge area, sound insulates rooms
We hung our towels so they would not be changed by housekeeping, but they changed them anyway. We tried to be green !

This was such an incredible stay! Upon arrival we were greeted with a warm welcome and a free room upgrade! The room had everything you needed and was very clean and the bed was the most comfortable bed I have stayed in away from my own :) Little pastries are left on your door every morning and you have free juice and coffee on floor 5. The little things truly do count! Great location, walkable to everywhere and if you are heading further afield there is a metro stop 2 minutes walk away. Lots of shops, restaurants and amenities on your doorstep. Lastly, the staff were a delight! So genuinely friendly and happy to help. If I were to come to Madrid again, I would definitely stay here.
