Close to many sightseeing places within the city. The front-desk staff were super friendly and helpful. The room was clean.
The rooms were quite small. In particular, the bathroom barely had enough space for a shower.

The location has adjacent hotel which had to lead to the booked hotel.There is no sleapers, nmissing some shower tools.

This hotel is very convenient to the airport. Parking was easier than other locations we stayed at. The shower water pressure was good. The hotel provided a large bottle of water each day, which was appreciated. The room had a kettle but no mugs - just paper coffee cups, which I did not want to use. The room did have a constant-fan setting, which was great. The room was quiet.
The lobby had a horrendous strong incense smell that was apparently deliberately being added to the lobby via a plug-in machine. I found it nauseating and migraine-inducing. The whole lobby and atrium stunk horribly, but fortunately the room itself did not smell.
When we arrived a very large group from an apparent cancelled flight was in the lobby (we only found this out later), and we had to wait 22 minutes to start check-in. Breakfast was unappetizing, and there were only two coffee machines that seemed to need frequent attention.

The hotel and room are well equipped. The best feature of this hotel is its location. It has a couple of shopping malls 5 minutes away, which is very convenient. You can find all kind of stores and restaurants, even stores for pets. The place is quiet

Airport shuttle left every 30 minutes, was able to get to the airport in time even though my daughter was late and we missed the one we scheduled for (only 15 minutes to terminal 4)
The Feria is next door to the other Axor hotel (which seems to be where all the restaurants and services are based). Gets confusing because they use the same address for checkin when arriving by cab.

It was very comfortable traveling from the Airport to the Hotel. The transport came on time. You know its winter and I didn't stay long outside the Airport. That was very good. The room was excellent. The breakfast was superb. I asked for an early check in and I got it. That was very nice of Axor Feria Hotel. The reception staff, drivers, cleaners I met in the corridors and staff I met in the restaurant were very nice, respectful, helpful and made me feel at home.
Language issue with the Drivers. They didn't speak English, and communication was a problem.

The girl at the reception was really nice and helpful, she would also greet you outside her working hours in the streets of Madrid.
AC is not what you would expect, it's not the best AC, it only blows like 20C

I truly appreciated being able to check in early! and the free shuttle to and from the airport! Gracias? Additionally, the two emails I sent were answered in a timely fashion with accurate information.
The shuttle driver did not speak English. I am able to speak/understand some Spanish. Fortunately another guest was able to translate. It wasn’t horrible and I understand but it was frustrating trying to understand what she was telling me until the kind guest interpreted.

- Garbage bin liners are not changed on a daily basis

- Room key was deactivated after one night (I was staying two nights)

Housekeeping only changed the bed sheets but didn’t throw the trash, didn’t fill up the soap dispensers and didn’t change the towels.
The rooms were SUPER small. It is not okay for 3 people.
The bathrooms are not noise isolated - you hear everything that happens in the toilets.

Breakfast was nice. They were very accommodating with my son and provided us a crib. The drivers from the shuttle to and from the airport were super nice and kind.
