Customer care was excellent. It's a hotel close to the airport and was full of people who had had their flights cancelled. The staff were extremely helpful and polite and considerate.

Shuttle bus to/from airport , close to a mall, good breakfast buffet
We stayed in a family room and the bunk beds mattresses are pure rock. My kids could not sleep well and we ended up sleeping in the same bed ( the 4 of us)

She was extremely rude. Moody and angry. After i complained to the manager, the manager and other staff were fantastic.
