I had a great stay at Axor Barajas and would definitely stay here again. The free airport shuttle was easy to find, and the driver was very friendly. Even though I arrived well before check-in, my room was already ready, which was a great surprise.
The staff were always kind, welcoming, and very helpful. The hotel is in a great location, close to Madrid Airport and the Riyadh Air Metropolitano Stadium. The breakfast buffet was excellent, with plenty of fresh and tasty options to choose from.
I also appreciated the late check-out, the luggage storage, and the shuttle back to the airport. Overall, excellent service and a very comfortable stay. Highly recommended!

The room is clean. The shower room is spacious and comfortable.
The staff is not helpful and impolite. My case was that my family got the sudden change from the flight delay and we needed to stay one night in Spain which was out of our plan. We had no luggage and eu cash on hand. All we have was credit cards and GPD. Sure we didn’t have Spain charging adapters in this situation but you know we can’t survive without mobile nowadays. We came to your staff seeking for help… lending adapter…. Your staff answer is NO, exchange to eu cash for buying the adapter in the vending machine outside your hotel…. Your staff answer is NO… I checked in hotel after 11pm and needed to get back airport at 9am next day… hope this can help you to improve your service

They offer shuttle from the airport to the hotel and they didn’t have the capacity, some of the staff member was rude and the person in charge of transportation insulted me wich actually is against the law in Spain. We did not repeat it when I told him to repeat himself.

The pool hours. We had 2- 12 year olds who really wanted to have pool time. The pool closed at 8:00pm and we didn’t have a chance to use it. It didn’t open until 11:00 the next morning. Check out is 12:00. They got 40 minutes in the pool.
