When I saw the photos, I thought they were exaggerated - like it was too good to be true. But the room, the rooftop terrace, the breakfast… fantastic! And the most amazing staff - warm, helpful people who made us feel so welcome, like at home, or like truly dear guests. I won’t even look at other options if I ever come back to Madrid (which I would love to do!).
Nothing to think about - it was perfect.

The location was incredible and the room very comfortable. The breakfast was one of the best we had in Spain.
The room smelled like smoke pretty badly. It wasn't their fault, but obviously the person there before us had been smoking in the room. They gave us 50 Euros to compensate.

Could not have asked for a better location! Nice large clean rooms. Staff was very polite and accommodating. View from the room was great. View from rooftop bar was even better. Room was fantastic, very spacious and kitchenette was key, although there are so many places to eat close we barely even used it. Didn't get to try breakfast, but the coffee in the breakfast room and at reception was delicious!

Excellent service, spacious and clean apartment, good location.
The beds were not comfortable and there was no terrace in the apartment. Howerer there is a roof top terrace for smokers. Otherwise, everything else was really good.

The staff at the reception is very nice. The location is excellent. The rooms space (suite) is very spacious and the room facilities are good
The breakfast is so average. Minimal variety compared to other hotels I stayed in Madrid. When the croissants and the boiled eggs and many other items are finished, it takes them an hour or more to replenish the buffet. The quality of the food is average in general

Great area near the Royal Palace, spacious room for Madrid, amazing rooftop terrace bar with incredible view of the palace. East central location near Plaza de España área, short 15 min walk to Sol/Gran Vía/Plaza Mayor. Nice front desk staff.
We used the Nespresso machine in the lovely lobby every morning-it would have been nice if that was included (but they didn’t stick the espresso machine in our room).

Located close to metro and center of Madrid. Ideal place to explore the city. Kitchenette and optional breakfast were very convenient. May was wonderful in both welcoming us after a long trip and providing us with recommendations for places to visit and superb restaurants. Rooftop Terrace bar was exceptional with ambiance, drinks, and snacks
