I didnt have breakfast there. Reception staff were amazing and especially helpful.
Breakfast could have been included and we weren't given extra toilet paper so we had to ask for more at reception on a number of occassions.

Close to small cafe with great breakfast! The rooms are large and working fridge. Shower is amazing and very large for Europe. Very close to main attractions.
Check in staff was short and rude. Hotel room view in the interior elevator. Buffet breakfast was not great and expensive for what is offered. Only allowed 1 towel per person every TWO days or charged a fee. Considering the price I should have as many towels as I want. Probably wouldnt stay here again

The rooftop terrace was lovely, view of the place was beautiful! just a shame the bar wasnt in service due to it being a weekday but you are allowed to buy you own alcohol and drink it up there instead

Fantastic location in walking distance of all central Madrid has to offer. The rooftop bar is fantastic. Great rooms, spacious, clean and modern.
Breakfast was ok. Reasonable variety but quality could be better.

Location was only a few minutes from the plaza espaa metro, which was great. The neighborhood wasnt crazy active and the palace was touching distance. Front desk staff was kind and helpful, very understanding of our time change struggles with our toddler.
The cleanliness of the room was a little off- stuff from the previous guest in the fridge, some trash that didnt get swept up under the bathroom sink. But otherwise the room was nice.

We got an upgrade and a spectacular room, very clean and cozy. The hotel is near Plaza de Espaa, which has a lovely childrens playground, also near markets.
The kitchen had all the supplies needed.

The breakfast was very good in selection and quality for the price.
The roof top restaurant staff. Very rude and never asked us for our order for drinks or food. After 30 to 45 minutes we left and had a great last dinner in Madrid instead, with a very friendly staff.

The beautiful location near the royal palace and gardens. 2 min walk from the main plaza espania.the beautiful rooftop.
That we had to put a sign on the door if we want the room to be cleaned or the Chang of towels. If we forgot to put the sign thay don't do it.

The location was excellent, close to groceries stores, the market, the metro station and tourist attractions. The rooftop terrace was divine, fabulous views of the Royal Palace. Excellent Kitchette. Fully stocked toiletries.
