The spacious bedroom with kitchennette amenities made everything very easy traveling as a family. The available self service laundry space
The showers were a bit unsafe to get out off. Felt a bit slippery. Might be good to add a railing.

Location is awesome, walking distance from Royal Palace, Plaza de España and well connected to public transportation.
Rooms are super comfortable and free water refills which is not so common in Europe.
Terrace is closed on Mondays.

Prime location and a great rooftop bar with INCREDIBLE views! Staff and facilities were wonderful. The rooftop bar did have a long wait, but they were well organized and stayed on top of service well. Room was spacious and comfortable.
The view outside our room wasn't great, but everything else was so wonderful it didn't matter!

the location was perfect—seriously amazing. The staff were really nice, and the apartment was super clean. Also, the WiFi was great, which made everything even better.
The breakfast could be better, and the mattress on the bed wasn’t very comfortable. Overall, not a bad experience, but these things stood out.

The hotel was really good. Location is great: very centric but just outside the loudest part of Madrid, so it feels peaceful to get back after having walked through the rumble of the Gran Via. The rooms are very spacious, well appointed and equipped, and clean. There was daily cleaning service. And the hotel provided really nice details in the room like water, a bottle of wine, and cookies. We will definitely stay here again when we come back to Madrid.
Everything was good. We did not find any flaws during our stay.

Great location with breathtaking views, 2 minutes from a little grocery store & great coffee shop. The antique cars were a lovely bonus my husband really loved.
Nothing other than a very small consideration. The drains in the bathroom and kitchen sinks took forever to empty. They need a good plunging.

We really liked the location of the apartment. The staff was very friendly and helpful. There was a king-sized bed, which isn't common in Spain. The TV had a variety of channels including ones in English. Everything worked well and was clean. I used the laundry room too and it was easy to use. The breakfast was worth the 16 euros.
The only thing I missed was an in-room coffee maker of some sort.

Though Apartosuites is located on a busy street, our room was very quiet, even with leaving the windows open. The rooms are very tastefully decorated and comfortable, and the location is quite convenient with with lots of small bakeries and restaurants and less crowded by tourists. The staff was very friendly, courteous, and ready to help when we had questions or needed recommendations.
The only "problem" we had was figuring out the faucet/shower appliance in the bathroom. I think it would be very helpful and spare your guests some unwanted cold/scalding showers, if you had some instructions as to how to work the faucet and the two shower heads. Though it is nice to be able and get breakfast right there, we found it a bit costly especially for people who do not eat big breakfasts.

The hotel location was wonderful! There was a beautiful rooftop bar. The front desk staff were helpful with restaurant recommendations.

The location is excellent! It's very close to the Metro and within walking distance of the city center. The view from the rooftop is stunning, and the room was lovely, clean, and quiet.
