The staff was very helpful in providing tips/maps for sightseeing, getting taxis for us!
Before check-in, I got msg to ask me to pay via an outside link from the hotel, which looks suspicious to us. I prefer transactions within the booking.com platform rather than external links.

The room was very spacious and had a great garden view. The bathroom was spacious and well stocked. The kitchenette had all the essential to prepare food. The sofa bed was comfortable.
The duvet had a few stains. Nothing major.

The property is simply outstanding. My room was very comfortable, clean and had a kitchenette. This allowed me to prepare breakfast every day. There’s a Carrefour express less than a block away. Front desk personnel were incredibly helpful and friendly. Location was great with Metro and Cercanías connections 10-15 minutes away.
My only comment to improve is that the gym needs more variety of dumbbells. The weights available were las than 10 kg.

The property is well located around 5 minutes from the gardens of the Madrid Palace
Resident facing staff were friendly and helpful
If you wished the rooms were serviced daily
The roof top bar/restaurant was a real bonus
The rooms were a reasonable size with desk/table and kitchenette
Breakfast was good
It would have been nice for the room to have more than just two teabags!
A second comfy chair in the room would have been nice

The room was spacious, with a long narrow desk with 4 outlets, heavenly for a couple who do need space to work in the evening. The view included the usual rooftops of other buildings (not great), but had a nice skyline and view of the cathedral off to the side. The large windows made a huge difference as well. The body/hair gel and shampoo were fantastic. The breakfasts offered a nice selection and were all we could expect! Being close to the station and to a range of restaurants and even a small grocery store were plusses. However, the best thing was the staff. They did all they could possibly do and more it seems. When a glass bottle broke at night (thus no staff to help), they provided all the equipment and materials they could find, when one of us became sick, they found a thermometer and did whatever they could do. Not only the front desk, but we could feel the support of supervisors behind them. And knowing this is a local owner (the front desk person told us) rather than a big multi-national corporation is also a nice plus. This hotel is number one on our lest when we next go to Madrid.
Frankly, there was nothing to dislike. We were worried that their vacuum had not worked and that some clear shards might be glass (they in fact were plastic), but not only did they ensure we felt safe that night but made the room super-clean the next day, and even left hotel slippers, a note, etc. Fantastic care!!!

Location was great near Plaza de España and Royal Palace. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Close to train and subway. Breakfast was exceptional and staff worked very hard to correct problem when there was an issue with the coffee machine. Beautiful rooftop bar with view of Royal Palace.
The shower/bathtub was high off the ground and bathtub was very slippery. It was difficult to get in and out of the tub. Needed a handle at end of tub to help you get out and/or mat in tub to keep you from slipping.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location couldn't be more perfect; it made exploring the city incredibly easy and convenient. As for the room, it was spotlessly clean, modern, and very spacious with plenty of room to relax. It’s rare to find such a great combination of a prime location and comfortable, clean room sizes. Honestly, it was so much better than the 5-star hotel we stayed in during this trip! We will definitely be back!

We had a great stay at Apartosuites! The location was fantastic—close to everything but still a comfortable home base for exploring Madrid. The staff was absolutely fabulous: warm, helpful and genuinely welcoming. Our room was spacious, comfortable and felt like very good value for the location.
Our only complaint was that the elevator was being repaired throughout our stay, which was definitely inconvenient, causing nois and wait timese. That said, it didn’t overshadow an otherwise excellent experience. We would happily stay here again!

The property is clean, neat, and tidy. The staff are friendly and hospitable from front desk to the bar lounge. We love the roof top lounge, the view at night is exceptional. The place is walking distance to the museum. Thank you!
