This apartment is situated close to the airport and city center. There is a metro station near this place so different areas of Madrid are easily accessed. The room is quite spacious. The windows were facing the other walls of this building, so it was quite dark inside the apartment. There was a small kitchenette with almost everything you could need. The cleaners came to clean the apartment every two days, so it was quite clean.
It would be nice to have some cooking essentials in the room like salt, pepper, oil, sugar. When we booked there was no information that the pool will be closed during the month of May, so we were a bit disappointed when we arrived and they told this after we asked about the pool. Also I think it would be also ok it they did not clean and change the towels every 2 days.

Not the best pillows but everything else was great! A lot of restaurant and bars around the areas, pharmacies as well as supermarket
ran out of some toiletries around midnight and no one could help and the supermarket next door was already closed, but nothing to "ruin" anyone's stay

Location - far from tourist spots but quiet because of that. I stayed near Gran Via before here, which could not guarantee any rest at all. - Metro station is just stroll away.
Room - Wow, am I in the right room?!!! - I could see that they recently upgraded their apartment; They are just slow to upgrade photos. This is not an old apartment anymore, but a very stylish brand new place, now. Of course, they still have a small fridge and no dishwasher. But who care? Who cook during trip in Madrid?!
I booked this room many months ago (maybe it was before their renovation); when I checked price for next year, same date, price would increase (~1.5 times higher); however, if I return to Madrid, I will book here again
Kitchen - they forgot to install a spot to drain water out for washed plates and cups. Even though I didn't cook, I still used some utensils- but there was no place to drain water out after washing (I placed one of hand towels on the bench to keep the bench dry)

Great location- easy access to metro so easy to access centre of Madrid. Supermarket next door and some fab bars and restaurants nearby. Very clean apartment and loved the kitchen facility. We enjoyed our stay and would strongly recommend this place to others.

The room looked like it was recently refurbished and everything was brand new. It had everything we needed and more.
The location is excellent with plenty on the doorstep including a metro station that took us to the heart of Madrid in around 15 mins.

We really enjoyed the location and very friendly staff. The staff helped with all our questions and supported us to the best of their abilities. Location is a walking distance from the Retiro park and has great subway options. The station is right in front, as well as a local supermarket next door.
We had a room with windows into the building courtyard, it didn't have any fresh air or sun. Also you can't open the windows, as you will be on constant display and hear your neighbors. At the same time during the daytime, very noisy repairs took place. Overall we're not happy with the room, it could be OK only for short sleepovers, but we got sick and had to spend few days in the room. Not comfortable due to the lack of light, fresh air and noise.
It terms of cleanliness and appliances it was OK.

Location is amazing! We were able to reach everything easily and even on foot, without being in the midst of the chaos of the city. Apartment was clean and had all the amenities needed. Staff was really nice. Beds were comfortable.
Rooms are not the most modern, but they are well kept. Wi-Fi would not always work and since we were working, we often had to turn on our hotspots from our phones to be able to continue working. Lastly, the bed had one single very long pillow. In the closet we found an additional normal sized pillow. However, since we both wanted a single pillow, I asked reception twice on 2 different days and we never saw the additional pillow
