Gorgeous design, cozy, elegance, simple luxury. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, and the room was beautiful, spacious, clean, and just perfect.
I suppose the elevators are a little small, but everything else was perfect

Excellent location, just a block away from Puerta de Alcala and Parque del Retiro. They have a nice selection of buffet or menu for breakfast and the hotel is very modern. Rooms were very clean and had more space than an average hotel room in Europe. The staff was excellent and always helped us with our requests. Very good option to stay in Madrid if you want to be close to the main attractions.

It is close to park retiro, that is why i booked this property and also because of mariott hotels. In the breakfast the lady working there was very polite and prompt. She was the only staff i found professional in the property.
The room they gave me was on first floor 118. There is music until 11:30 that you can clearly hear in the room. We moved to another room 404 because there was leakage, noise from the street and the bar. That room was also leaking. I didnt move again, it was a one day stay. The beds move easily, they are not heavy sturdy beds. Attached is photo of second room. The staff is not welcoming at all. The automatic door shuts on you when you walk out, it doesnt open automatically if you are walking out. I got stuck between the wall and the automatic glass door! Horrible experience. I dont recommend at all.
