We liked the location — it’s in a calm area, close to the metro station, and near the Bernabéu stadium. The hotel felt cozy and comfortable overall.
It felt a bit pricey for the value. The rooms were clean, but not spotless, and could use more attention to detail.

The room was beautiful, modern and very well appointed. In particular the bed was spectacular and the shower was a delight with high quality products, including a lavender oil for sound sleep.
The breakfast buffet was good and generous but quite expensive given the alternatives in the neighbourhood. Had it not been a Sunday morning I would recommend going to one of many local coffee shops instead for a better value for money.

The bed was very large and comfortable, and the room was spacious. Breakfast was delicious, and the hotel's location is excellent.
The room had a strange odor, and it was not possible to open the window to air it out. The temperature inside was either too hot or very cold. During breakfast, the area was overcrowded, food often ran out, and tables were frequently left dirty.
