We liked the location — it’s in a calm area, close to the metro station, and near the Bernabéu stadium. The hotel felt cozy and comfortable overall.
It felt a bit pricey for the value. The rooms were clean, but not spotless, and could use more attention to detail.

Rooms were lovely and clean with all necessities. Breakfast was great with loads of options. Staff were really helpful with directions and advice. Perfect location right beside Cuzco metro.

The room was beautiful, modern and very well appointed. In particular the bed was spectacular and the shower was a delight with high quality products, including a lavender oil for sound sleep.
The breakfast buffet was good and generous but quite expensive given the alternatives in the neighbourhood. Had it not been a Sunday morning I would recommend going to one of many local coffee shops instead for a better value for money.
