Loved the location. Right in front of a Metro entrance and bus stop, in Paseo de La Castellana. As to be expected, a stay in the Westin is always comfortable. Also, quick 20 minute taxi ride to the airport too. Would totally stay here again .

Amazing location, close to everything and in a very nice part of Madrid. Facilities are awesome, always nice to stay at Westin. Makes your trip way more comfortable.

When we checked in, the room didn’t have shower gel and it took over an hour to get it and be able to shower.

Location is good, breakfast was also good except the service and the motor oil coffee.
Where can I even begin? It’s “been fully renovated” but it doesn’t show it, it’s ugly, claustrophobic and already is falling apart and feels dusty. The door can stay open on its own (it’s hard to close it properly), and we inadvertently left it open once for hours. We saw multiple doors on the same floor in the same open but almost closed position so I’m sure it wasn’t just us.
The elevators are incredibly small and they optimize for stuffing as many people into one bad elevator as possible instead of calling for another one.
We were traveling for business and we wanted a newly renovated place, this isn’t it.
The walls are paper thin, the windows don’t isolate traffic noise at all.
The staff is utterly oblivious to the concept of a customer-oriented service, quite often we felt ignored at reception, or at breakfast. They even run away from you.
There was no bellboy and we arrived very late and were very tired.
The parking is extremely expensive and quite bad.
The coffee at breakfast tasted like something that should’ve been poured under the hood of my car.

The hotel is recently refurbished, spacious and modern. We really enjoyed our stay, the breakfast was also good.
