It's a really nice hotel, situated in the business district, close to our meetings.
The room was stiflingly hot and the aircon couodn't be turned on. There was a heater going in the bathroom that couldn't be turned down or off. It was too noisy outside to have the window open.

I stayed with a friend throughout new years. Location is excellent super close to the Bernabéu stadium and Nuevos Ministerios. Amenities, cleanliness and employees all great and super friendly!
Breakfast was unfortunately very mediocre and disappointing and the new years menu on the 31st was incredibly cheap for a very basic meal.

The location of the hotel is amazing and the hotel itself is also very nice.
The room was a bit smelly some days (like cleaning with a dirty cloth) and also the bed sheets had a smell but once we ventilated the room it was ok. The breakfast has limited options and can be improved.
