It's clean and centrally located.
Over all the hotel is nice - but we found it very cold. The decor is 'cold' and sparce (I know that's a matter of personal taste) and the staff were mostly fine. Not overly friendly, not overly helpful - but ok.
Also, there is no outdoor space or veranda where you can have a cigarette. So when i wanted to have a cig. late one night, I found myself outside the lobby on the main street... less relaxing or pleasant.

Great location, especially for first timers in Madrid who want to visit all of the important central sightings. The hotel is clean, the staff is polite and always ready to be of service.
I would have preferred to have had the basic amenities considering the hotel status. These are small things that change the overall experience. From my perspective, not having slippers, cotton swabs or coffee in your room is pointless considering the hotel fee. Other than that I would highly recommend this hotel.

Great location for sightseeing, with plenty of excellent restaurants just a short walk away. Our room was very spacious - comfortable for two adults and a teenager - and well equipped with lovely complimentary toiletries and a good quality hairdryer.
The hotel has a warm, inviting ambience, and the staff were consistently helpful and genuinely focused on making our stay as enjoyable as possible. We also appreciated that reception kindly looked after our luggage after check-out, which made our evening flight much easier.
No complaints- everything was perfect.

Room and location.
I think it should be better, if the breakfast buffet includes the allergens signs. Just the name tag is not enough to understand the ingredients and that can cause health problems, if you have some intolerances.

Nice and clean hotel/room. Great location.
Staff was ok but not very welcoming. Bed and pillow very hard. Room facing the street is quite noisy due to the night life on the street.
