Wonderful
It was my third or fourth time in the hotel and this time was the best time. the room was very comfortable, clean, quiet and spacious. I couldn't have asked for a better room.
I would have preferred a walk-in shower to a bathtub, because it was slippery and you can barely move in it, given that you only have about 40-50 cm foot space.

Amazing location. Very close to everything and easy walking distance. Grocery store just across the road and plenty of things accessible by foot. Beds were comfy.
Very noisy hotel - you can hear every footstep above and in the hallways, doors banging etc. We had a room facing the street - very loud. A lot of light pollution (take ear plugs and eye mask). No coffee in the room. Room was very cold (even with the heating turned all the way up to 26 degrees).

Bed was large and comfortable.
Staff was not very friendly. Hardly any communication beforehand to our questions via email. Showed up on my birthday and nobody even greeted us or said, welcome, thanks for staying with us, etc. No coffee in room or accessible in the hotel unless you go to the restaurant. Asked if there was any coffee available to the cleaner, who gave me instant/decaf packets. Upon check out the stff said those instant packs were going to be a charge to the room. Overall stay and experience felt quite un-welcoming and 'mid' for the price point.

The design is simple yet incredibly precise and unique — full of character without trying too hard. You can really feel the thought and intention behind every detail.
The room was exactly what we needed: comfortable, calm, and well designed.
The location is perfect on every level — central, vibrant, and still pleasantly quiet. We slept very well.
The atmosphere of the hotel is beautiful and special, and the staff was genuinely kind, warm, and welcoming.

I had a great stay at this hotel. The bed was extremely comfortable and the room was spacious and clean. I also really appreciated that they offered lockers for our bags when we arrived before the room was ready, which allowed us to enjoy the city without any hassle

The location of this hotel was perfect, on a quite street but just around the corner from the center of town.
The staff were some of the most professional I have encountered while travelling, very accommodating, friendly and helpful.
The beds, like all of Europe it seems, were very firm, not our style.

The location, just off the Grand Via is extremely convenient. The rooms are spacious, and the staff are very prompt, courteous and helpful. The coffee is delicious.
The neighboring buildings could look directly into the room - perhaps having some tints on the street facing windows would be helpful?

Perfect location in the City centre. We stayed in a penthouse suite with terrace & panoramic views of the city. Stand out was the staff, everyone was friendly and incredibly helpful - our stay was absolutely faultless - cannot rate this hotel highly enough.
If i was being picky - a UK news channel i.e. Sky/BBC would be good but not essential - too much to do/explore.

I liked the interior of the hotel.
The hotel is indescribably clean and the housekeeping staff is generally very welcoming, despite the language barrier.
The location of the property is very strategic.
Because of the small-scale operation of the hotel as a beautique hotel too, the technical/housekeeping team isn’t available after 10 or throughout midnight, so alas, we ought to wait.
There is an issue with the sounds leaking between rooms and between floors Despite the coziness of the room and comfort of the mattress of the bed, the pillows themselves were not comfortable.

The hotel has a beautiful lobby with interesting temporary exhibitions, creating a very welcoming and pleasant atmosphere. The restaurant is cozy and offers delicious food. The location is excellent, set in a lovely neighborhood with many nice restaurants and small shops nearby. There is also a supermarket right across the street, which is very convenient if you need anything during your stay.
Unfortunately, the staff was quite unpleasant and not helpful at all during our stay. It is also important to note that most of the photos on the Booking page show the room with the terrace, which is in fact only one room in the entire hotel. This is also the only room with a double sink and an old-style bathtub, which can be misleading when booking.
Despite paying for a Deluxe room, we were given a standard double room, so the upgrade is not worth it. In addition, the room amenities were not replenished daily (coffee, tea, or the plastic cups we used). Housekeeping would often ask if we had already left the room rather than following a more organized schedule.
Lastly, the bed was very standard and nothing special in terms of comfort.
