Location is perfect. Close to main streets, but also close to charming areas with good bakeries, lots of small restaurants with a local feel. Very modern ambiance.Spacious room. Cleaning team extremely nice.
Pillow was not very confortable.
Some noise from the streets even though we were on the 3 rd floor but when we turned on the air condition we could hardly hear it.

It’s in a great location next to Grand via. The street is not very clean but the rooms are clean. There is a convenience store in front of the hotel which is very convenient. It is pricey.
They didn’t give any complimentary tea bags/coffee in the room although they provided coffee maker. The cups were paper cups. Other than that front staff is very nice and helpful.

The lobby was comfortable and stylish. The showers had great water pressure and I love the products. The bed was comfortable.
Our room was a dark dungeon with one small window overlooking an air shaft. Usually, when choosing a room - guests are always given the option to pay more or less depending on the view. In this case, there was no distinction or prior knowledge that we would be out in such a depressing room. We had no idea what time it was at any point during our stay which is terrible when dealing with jet lag. Also, the bathrooms are somewhat cheaply constructed, with a flimsy door that doesn't cover the bath so if you're tall - the water splashes everywhere and the entire bathroom floor gets soaked. It was a nice hotel but by no means a 4-star hotel. Also, I've never been in a hotel that doesn't offer a bottle of water to guests and "you can just drink from the bathroom" doesn't really cut it.
