Loved my stay, the staff were helpful and knowledgeable! It was great to have organised walking tours and flamenco nights etc that you could join! Very well run and organised as a hostel in general, everything was comfortable and clean. Even with the renovations being done it was still a great stay.

The hostel was in a very central location and next to a metro station.
The staff were extremely friendly and helpful throughout my stay.
I LOVED the rooftop bar and I am glad I had my last drinks up there.
The room was clean and I felt very safe. There was a big locker underneath the bed. The bed was very comfortable, with a reading light, a small storage pocket and a socket.
There were several toilets and showers in the building and they were all in good condition. I stayed in an en-suite. The shower temperature and pressure was superb.
The kitchen facilities were amazing and there was plenty of space to prepare and store food.
I loved the tours and activities and I met some amazing people.
Ensuite shower was leaking water into the room. The sealant around the shower at 501 needs to be renewed because it is mouldy. This will also stop the leaking.

Good location and it has elevator . Good ambience and public kitchen that you can use if you want to cook.

Specifically i would say about my room of four 104, because i know the other room has different size,interior etc
1. The sink is located outside of the bathroom or the toilet, and there is no doormat or towel to put near the sink. Since the sink located near the beds and where the traveller do their activities, sometimes there is water that spread around the floor. To be honest its make me uncomfortable to put my luggage or even to hang my clothes , which clothes rack near with the sink.
2.Compare to another room, this room has no sofa or chair.Why we need chair? At least the traveller can sit when they need to manage their luggage .As no doormat or towel to dry the water after people use the sink.

Good location.
The bathroom was SO small. If youre a bit more big than the average person, probably it will be difficult for you to take a shower.

Great location, 24 hr reception who were always so helpful and friendly.
Very clean too and cater to different people and there needs - party people, nomads etc
I'm unsure whether the hostels has quiet hours. The last night I had to be up at 2.40am to catch a flight. I and others were woken up by people at 1-2.30am who turned on all the lights and were chatting loudly, using the hair dryers etc.

Me and my friend had a 4-bed private room. We are only two people so the space is enough for both our luggages. If you are 3 pr 4 people, i would say try to bring the minimalist luggage.
Overall, in terms of a backpacker hostel, it is really great! The room is clean, the bed sheets and pillows are comfortable. The AC is a new one and Its very qieute to cool down the room very quickly. Every bed comes with its own power socket and night light, which is very convenient and a must!
We used to worried if it would still be noisy since its full of this vibrant energy. But I think people actually do respect the quiet hour. We didnt hear much moise after 11 or 12 pm.
The shower only has a overhead shower. Every time you use it, you have to press a button so that you have water for around 1 minute. After every one minute, you have to press again.

Free churros every morning was a great way to start the day along with the free tea and coffee. All facilities were clean, beds were comfortable and staff were very helpful and friendly.

Hostel has very good location, which is close to main attractions and metro stations ( although at the time I was there, the Tiso de Molina is temporary closed, but we still can use others, within 500m distance). All room facilities is in good condition and staff is very supportive. I love the kitchen and dinning room, where huge space for food storage and cooking.. each room has private bathroom, and there are also share bathroom in floor 1 and 5, which is very convenience for guess.
The elevator has no sign when in use, a little bit confusing for me, whether I press the correct floor or not.. and it is better if there are some hanger in the room for us to hang clothers
