The location was excellent and the Reception staff were extremely friendly and helpful.
Our first room was a Superior double and was WAY below my expectations. It was that bad I immediately asked for and paid for an upgrade. The upgraded room was much better but the bathroom was poor in comparison Reception closed at 9pm and opened again at 9am. Breakfast - although we didn't have it, was served in the coffee shop next door with overflow tables in Reception. There was no designated space capable of dealing with the guests.

The location was the best, the reception staff were fantastic, really friendly and couldn't be more helpful, an asset to the hotel. Lovely building, no street noise, comfy beds and great air con from the summer heat. I would definitely recommend Shine Albayzin.

The old rustic style was exactly what we wanted. Loved the front door! Our suite was beautiful. The air conditioning worked beautifully. The bed was very comfortable. The location was excellent, just a short walk to restaurants and shops.
I didn’t like the flight of stairs to my suite and that there wasn’t assistance to get my luggage up and down. Cheap furniture (bedside table literally fell apart!). The towels we large but very, vey rough.

Great location, great staff (thank you, Laura, for your great tips!), room was very comfy and quiet! It was nice that they gave a discounted rate for the public parking since there’s no parking at the location due to its old town location.

Fabulous hotel. We loved everything. Perfect location, beautiful room, comfortable bed, lovely amenities including tea/coffee. The staff are friendly and helpful. Great safe storage for our two bicycles.

In Granada for a wedding and the location was very near the venue. It’s also in the heart of old Granada, within easy walking distance of shops, restaurants, taxis, and attractions including The Alhambra. The suite was very roomy, the bed was very comfortable, the shower was luxurious.the housekeeping staff was so sweet and helpful, loved her! And I loved that a tea/coffee station was right outside or suite!
The staff don’t help with bags. Our suite required a walk up a flight of stairs. If my son wasn’t there I couldn’t have done it.

Loved the location and the original feel
No wash cloths, not enough light, the stairs made it impossible to carry my luggage to the room by myself. Luckily, my son was able to help me.

lovely hotel with great staff that is very helpful. the location is also superb. would highly recommend and would hope to stay there again when returning to Granada.
