Very Poor
It wasnt the villa that i ordered off the booking.com website as it was not all on one level i am in a wheelchair and only have use of one arm through cancer. The pool had steps down to it instead of roman steps that i ordered as was inv the photographs advertised. You used the pictures from villa caleta 3A you placed us in villa Magda 9A ?? Far less standard than the one advertised and booked. Its was on different levels so i couldn’t be independent there as i could have been at 3A. You are guilty of misrepresentation and i am seeing a solicitor about it as you completely ruined my holiday and that of my family .
Everything and the fact that i couldn’t get in the pool with my grandchildren because you put me in the wrong villa to the one advertised
