Wonderful
Lovely villa, v clean, good location, outside space excellent, great view from conservatory. Staff in office were nice people.
Key pickup was v unhelpful for someone who had spent 10 hours travelling and had never been in Calpe before.

It’s a great space and we love the location (second time we’ve stayed there) walking distance to the old town via a shortcut lane. Around 20mins walk down to the beach which was fine for us. Nice living areas, clean and comfortable.
The beds are quite uncomfortable.
They could provide a few things to make your stay a bit easier especially when arriving late at night, like milk, bottled water, some oil, a few dish washer and washing tablets to save you having to buy big packs of everything.

Wonderful
Great area, near to beach restaurants and bars without being right on top of them. Pool was nice too
Only real issue for us was that we would have liked another shower as with six adults getting ready for the evening it meant some juggling of timings.

The pool was brilliant, very clean and was attended to twice by the maintenance man during our stay.
The villa was within walking distance to the supermarket, local shops/restaurants and the beach.
There was lots of space in the grounds, plus room for a car if needed.
It would have been better if the keys could have been left for us in a secure key collection box at the Villa, rather than have to go to the office at 1am to collect them. However, that did not affect the quality of our stay ?

We had to drive into Calpe to Plis holidays office to collect the keys.
The villa is spacious, and comfortable. Pool and BBQ area are lovely.
We had to ri g the plus holidays office because we had no hot water and we requested a cot, they arrived within 15 minutes to sort the water and give us a cot.
It would have been really helpful to have a guidebook in the house, we arrived and the house was in darkness, we had to go looking at how to switch the power on in the house.
A guide on how to use things, where you can find local shops/restaurants etc would be very helpful. A number for taxi service if you hadn't rented a cat etc.
We found our way and worked it out but the only guidance we received was how to connect to the WiFi. In saying that we enjoyed our stay.

Great location. Loved the pool and bbq area.
Dining room/living room was a very nice space.
Good facilities that we made use of.
Only downside was the beds were uncomfortable so none of us had a very good nights sleep during our stay. Also a lot of mosquitoes that the citronella candles/sprays etc didn’t do much to stop! That’s not any fault of the accommodation though.

Wonderful
the BBq area was fantastic, the pool lovely, table tennis was a great addition. Loved the sun room, and all the facilities the villa offered. Washing machine, dishwasher was an asset. Loved the maintenance guy and staff at the key collection. They ordered us a taxi to take us to the villa, and were hand for any problems. We only had one problem with the automatic blinds, and within the hour the lovely guy came and sorted it.
A little far from supermarkets and beach for anyone with mobility issues. Carrying groceries back from supermarket to villa a little difficult , but Taxis easy to get. Unfortunately the weather was not great, so we didn't get to appreciate our surroundings and facilities of the villa as much as we would have liked. Our only main complaint would be no English TV, which would have been appreciated with the awful weather we had, and Only having one shower between 6 people.

Great and quiet location near the beach, very good grocery store and citycenter. Clean and nice house with outdoor pool. Water was ofcourse a bit cold in April but kids loved to swim anyway. We loved the lemontree and barbeque place. Bedrooms were big enough and most of the beds were comfortable. Every bedroom has an air conditioner. There was enough place for a big car in the yard behind the fence. Kind neighbour gave us nisperos (a fruit) he grows in the garden.
There was no key for the smaller fence so we had to go out through the big fence that was a bit hard to move on side. No vacuum cleaner. Dishwasher was quite old and didn't clean the dishes very well. No acces to roof terrace. We were not given any guidance through the house on the first day.
