Wonderful
Breakfasts and dinners were amazing. Never seen so many types of fish types to be served, also oysters, scallops and crustaceans.
Rooms are very clean, nice view, good infrastructure.
The hotel is very crowded (this doesn’t mean bad or anything), just too many people everywhere: lobby, beach, breakfast, dinner, kids club. Staff does amazing work, everything is fast and efficient.
Lifts are a mess, lifts software has many bugs:) these are supposed to be smart, but if you miss your floor and no more floors were selected before you enter the lift - you get stuck in it until somebody will call the lift from outside. Also lifts sometimes do not go to all selected floors, and as soon as the are no buttons inside the lift, you need to get out and select once again and wait for the lift.

Nice big suite with super view in a new hotel.
Extensive breakfast with many options.
We booked twin beds and they claimed they get this information although the booking clearly stated it.
Swimming pool area is super ugly with zero ambiance.

Fantastic views, very helpful staff (as always with some few exceptions). Well maintained areas.
The "heated" pool was only 19°
The food was priced too high, 40 EUR for a buffet for adults and 20 EUR for our 4 y/o. We went outside to have lunch & dinner

Exceptional views from the room. The room itself was lovely, and very large. Pools were really good, although I imagine would be even better in high season when they are warm!
We just didn't stay long enough (only had two nights at the hotel). We will definitely return.
