Poor
How clean it was, the location and the restaurant
We had several disappointing experiences during our stay. First, the staff put us in a room that smelled very strongly of smoke. Initially, they refused to move us, and we had to call and escalate the issue to the managers before they finally agreed to give us another room.
Second, we had an issue with the towel deposit. When we returned the towels, the staff refused to refund our deposit because they claimed there was no record of it in their system. The hotel should have a proper system to track towel deposits by room and ensure guests receive their money back when the towels are returned. It was frustrating to have to deal with this over something that should have been straightforward.
Finally, we found the restaurant scheduling system inconvenient. Guests are assigned specific time slots for lunch and dinner, which means you cannot simply decide when you want to eat. Instead, you end up planning your vacation activities around the restaurant's schedule. Although it is possible to change your time slot, having to do so repeatedly is annoying and takes away from the flexibility you expect when on vacation.
Overall, these issues made our stay less enjoyable than it should have been. Better customer service, a more reliable system for handling deposits, and greater flexibility with restaurant times would significantly improve the guest experience.

Wonderful
Rooms were spacious and clean. The location was great becuase it was close to the beach and restaurants. Overall the hotel was quiet and we had no noise issues. The activities offered were good and the entertainment was also quite good. The buffet was overall quite good. Would definitely recommend for families. My kids enjoyed it a lot.

Great location, beautiful and spacious room, and very friendly staff. We also really liked the main pool area. Another nice bonus was the game room – we spent a couple of evenings playing pool there.
The hotel was extremely crowded. There were queues for breakfast and even for the elevators, which made the stay feel much less relaxing.
Parking costs around €16–17 per night in the garage, which felt quite expensive considering that the stay itself was already around €900.
One thing we found particularly disappointing was that the pool shown in the hotel’s main Booking.com cover photo is actually not included in the stay. Access costs around €30 per person extra. We definitely did not expect that from the listing.
The opening hours were also inconvenient. Both the gym and some pool facilities only open at 10:00. For a hotel like this, the gym should really open much earlier – at least around 8:00 – especially for guests who prefer to work out before breakfast or before starting their day.
The air conditioning was another frustrating issue. It only works when the balcony door is fully closed, which is understandable, but the door itself was very difficult to close properly. Sometimes it took 7–8 attempts before the air conditioning would finally turn on.

Everything you needed was there. Very relaxing spa! Buffets were excellent. Nice variety of shows across the street.

The room was newly refurbished. Good locations.
The common areas don't correspond with the fotos. They are under construction being almost the season.. Having animation program just at the entrance to the hotel. We had experienced one rude waiter during the breakfast saying to the host that si no hablas castellano no te entiendo..

It’s a beautiful hotel, and I think it will look even better because they were reforming some parts of it. The thing I didn’t like was that as a 4 star hotel, it lacked some essential and basic things. For example there was no kettle in the room, the was a coffee machine but no capsules, no cups, nothing. The minibar only had 2 small bottles of water and in the bathroom there were no cotton swabs and nothing. But on the other side the view of the room was amazing, we were on the 11th floor with a sea view. The breakfast was exceptional, and the spa was awesome.
