The staff was exceptional. Rooms clean and food a delight.

The calm, the quality of the guests, the super friendly staff, the delicious Mediterranean cuisine, the proximity to the beach, the nice pine trees garden, the amenities like the jacuzzi and the sauna, and of course the spa services where the therapists are really excellent not to mention the super interesting price to quality ratio I highly recommend this hotel for a relaxing retreat by the sea

Everything!!! The hotel is perfect! Located near the beach and close to the shopping center and restaurants. The pool is really nice and big. The room and balcony with mountain view - beautiful sunset and sunrise views every day.
Very clean. The room was big and bathroom/toilet had separate doors, which is very rare.
Pool cafe/bar was amazing. Whatever i ordered was delicious. The staff is super friendly, smiley. Not only at the pool btw, but in general. Greeting you with a smile and being helpful with all the needs.
I enjoyed my stay and would definitely come back.
Mattress too soft. Felt like i am falling into the hole. This is the only thing which i didnt find comfortable.

The breakfast was top notch. Always a space at the pool too. Good location - not too close into the craziness. Food was served very quick
The facilities were very dated. When it rained we had to ask for the spa facilities to be turned on and they didnt even turn the jacuzzi on. You pay for it!!!

We were on a honeymoon, stayed for 7 nights, the welcome in the room was very warm , the facilities were great, the breakfast excellent, the stuff very good, the location was quiet

Everything was good
Preferred treatment for repeat visitors during dinner time by getting the best tables outside and new visitors only being seated at the entrance door inside.
There should not be any reservation for buffet dinner at all and if you have pls make sure EVERY guest has the same chance to sit on the terrace!
We are all paying customers and not dining for free!

Hotel was extremely clean and staff first class
Location - slightly further from
the town than we would have liked! Also not much activity around the pool , not much for kids to do .
