We been waitting for 2 hours to find out, that booking is double and we must to go to another Bluesea hotel, thanks at least, that they alloud us to have a lunch there and later offered us a taxi for free to get to other hotel and the same price. Hotel was nice and we stayed here for 2 nights. THANK YOU FOR RESOLVING THIS SITUATION SO NICE. Pools could be a little bigger and that young, slow barmen should be replaced (you maybe know his name, there is only one young man who is working terribly slow and driving people crazy :D), that was terrible to wait for him, all people were frustrated.

The room had damp on the wall. We booked a room for three and the damp was on the ceiling, right above of the pillow of one of the beds.

Pretty much everything. The staff was so rude. The breakfast was really nice but the rest of the food not! Not much to pick from. Hotel is defiantly not for kids, more for group of friends/ couples who want a party holiday . The lifeguard was rubbish! My daughter can swim very well but made her put one, yes one armband on! He stopped you from playing ball games in the pool! He constantly disappeared. Luckily my parents was staying in a beautiful hotel so we stayed at their hotel! The walls in the room are paper thin, people are coming back in at 4 in the morning screaming down the corridors! Out of a 5 night stay I slept twice there & only spent one whole day there. I read so many bad reviews but there was also good reviews and I wish I had listened to bad reviews!

Air con was ok but not brilliant - bathroom a little tired

Beds are very uncomfortable. Very Low budget Beds. No transparent rules, rules are changing on the vibe of local Stuff - > On an online info card that was communicated, on departure day you can have an early breakfast... I noted the staff on the day before departure, i would like to have an early breakfast, answer was: no available here, but there was no information from this deviation on the info card... The staff member told me, to ask the morning shift receptionist, to open the restaurant doors, in order to have an '' early coffee''... OK. Breakfast is from 8 am. I asked the receptionist lady at 7.30 to let us have a Coffee, answer was: Not possible (thank you again for nothing...). At the drink bar you can find an internal and an outer place to order. Rules are not communicated clearly. There was day when they said me at 7:30 PM to go out and ask my drink from the outer side, and there was a day, when they told me the same at 5.45 PM (communicated nowhere, marked nowhere the rule for that...). In all inclusive the food is nearly the same: mainly foods without meat... When i found chicken breast, it was frozen Fried chicken breast... Lot of Times the served foods are not matching with the info, card (eg.: on the info card the subtitle was: meat Paella, but there was no meat...) The desserts are mainly Low budget slices of cake or pudding. Do not have big expectations for food quality. Air conditioner at room: not a split air conditioner, maybe a central system. Air duct seems to be not cleaned regularly... You can choose from 3 fan speed. 1 was the strongest. On fan speed 1 the forced air ventilation was nearly OK, but it was very noisy... On lower fan speed it was less noisy, but the cooling was not sufficient... You can choose from noisy cooler room, or warmer but less noisy... Cigarette butts was on the terrace... Television is not Smart tv, but plays movies from pendrive. Hotel is very noisy no noise insulation.

Bed sheets never change . Very bad behaviour at service specially breakfast.
