We loved the location in a residential neighborhood with easy access to everything the city has to offer. The room was comfortable and clean, with a large modern bathroom. Staff were excellent, very friendly and accommodating.
They use some kind of perfume or air freshener in the lobby that was very strong and almost nauseating. We are slightly allergic to perfumes snd prefer there be no odor.

Loved the easy check-in and the vibe in the lobby was serene and inviting. The breakfast buffet was amazing. The afternoon happy hour drinks and snacks were a fun bonus.

The hotel was absolutely on point. It was clean, comfortable, and affordable, offering great value for the experience. The staff were super friendly and supportive, always making sure we felt welcome and taken care of. The location is amazing and very convenient. We truly loved our stay, and the special touches; such as complimentary water and drinks in the lobby ; made the experience even better.

The staff was helpful and the brunch was quite good. They had fresh fruit, eggs to order, an expresso machine, and nice pastries.
We paid about $333 a night for a room the size of a postage stamp. The neighborhood was centrally located so it was easy to walk to all the main sights we wanted to visit: Sagrada Familia, Picasso Museum, Palau de Musica, and Casa Mila. However, the neighborhood was a bit sketchy. Everyone, hotel staff and restaurant waitresses, kept telling us to beware of pickpockets. I've always read that it's important to be cautious in big cities, but I've never had hotel staff warn me about safety before.

Great location and the rooftop view was the best in Barcelona.
Only one small complaint was the coffee machine produced cold coffee, I think the staff should at least served us coffee and explained the menu better, as it was self service.

Great location- super central and easy to get around on foot. Staff were friendly and very helpful with suggestions and guidance on top spots in the city. Rooms were comfortable, clean and cozy. Breakfast was great and the happy hour in the evening was a nice treat!

This hotel is a gem! Location is perfect with Gothic and Born historic quarters minutes away! Hotel amenities include free laundry(perfect for the 14 day trip) and a complimentary hotspot device for WiFi access away from hotel! Oh and did I mention the complimentary wine hour? And rooftop!

The location was great, cute old town area with lots of restaurants and was walkable to alot. The room was very nice. I requested a king bed and received it. The double room was pretty spacious.
The hotel was very dark. The rooftop area was closed often for rain or was just closed and we were directed to the rooftop next door which was fine. The pool was pretty small but we didn't use it because of the rain.

Convenient location but not in a noisy area. Room was comfortable enough. Front desk staff were friendly and always helpful. I love that they have free WiFi hotspots to loan out and that there is a free washer/dryer that guests can use. The gym was small but I used the treadmill more than once and it worked well for me.
The room was a little small and didn’t have a lot of surfaces for placing belongings but that was a fairly small issue.

Smelled like mold in bathroom and my coffee machine in my room broke and staff was adamant about not letting me use the coffee during breakfast hours because I didn’t get the breakfast included

Absolutely stunning view from our room. The staff were so friendly and welcoming, and the hotel itself was gorgeous, clean, and eco-conscious. The central location made it easy to explore the city. They were beyond accommodating — offering a free wine and cheese happy hour in the lobby, amazing recommendations, and a city map marked with their favorite sights and food stops. Every detail made the experience feel thoughtful and personal. We loved our stay and will absolutely return.

The place is in prime location. Closed to everything and the scent and temperature the moment we stepped in everytime was a delight. The rooms were comfortable and super clean. Beds were comfy and temperature perfect. Pool and bar at the roof was fantastic and we also used the gym and borrowed bikes. It all went better than expected. The staff was very helpful and kind. All in all a great experience.
