Convenient location but not in a noisy area. Room was comfortable enough. Front desk staff were friendly and always helpful. I love that they have free WiFi hotspots to loan out and that there is a free washer/dryer that guests can use. The gym was small but I used the treadmill more than once and it worked well for me.
The room was a little small and didn’t have a lot of surfaces for placing belongings but that was a fairly small issue.

Staff were brilliant, rooms were great, location was tip top. Breakfast lovely. Pool and views were the best!
Shared toilet facilities in the downstairs lobby. Not ideal for a tween girl to share washbasins and enclosed space with grown men

Fantastic location in Barcelona. From the moment you arrive, the beautiful interior and friendly staff make you feel so welcome. The hotel is busy but there was never any issue getting the lift to and from the room. The rooftop pool and bar were amazing and the staff are so friendly there too. The wine and cheese hour is fantastic and we really enjoyed this too.

Location was great, rooftop was very nice taller than most surrounding buildings that I saw
Smelled like mold in bathroom and my coffee machine in my room broke and staff was adamant about not letting me use the coffee during breakfast hours because I didn’t get the breakfast included

Absolutely stunning view from our room. The staff were so friendly and welcoming, and the hotel itself was gorgeous, clean, and eco-conscious. The central location made it easy to explore the city. They were beyond accommodating — offering a free wine and cheese happy hour in the lobby, amazing recommendations, and a city map marked with their favorite sights and food stops. Every detail made the experience feel thoughtful and personal. We loved our stay and will absolutely return.

Water is free anytime. Staff was really friendly.
And the view… , I think best in the city.

A fantastic location. Staff really friendly and helpful. The rooms were spacious with large, comfortable beds. I loved the environmental awareness of the property and the lovely touches such as the refillable water bottles and gentle encouragement to reuse your towels. The absolute winner was the happy hour where complimentary snacks were served in the foyer with sangria and wine on tap!! We will definitely be back!
