Location and laundry facilities.
The booking process was complicated by agent involvement and pricing manipulated. Bar fridge in two of the three rooms rented were not working and staff not helpful. Will not recommend especially not at the price. Plenty hotels to choose from in the price range paid. Note that the advertised price depends on the agency the rooms are allocated to.

It is close to the Catalan Musico, and it is a good place to walk and sightseeing. The tapas restaurant that the hotel staff told me about was also delicious, and I went there twice during my stay. Thank you very much.

I first stayed at Uma House Barcelona two years ago, and after such a wonderful experience, I knew I had to come back. And honestly? I couldn’t help but fall in love with this place all over again.
This hotel truly has everything you need for a carefree stay-from thoughtful toiletries to a super convenient laundry room. After a long day exploring the city, going up to the rooftop is an experience on its own-the view is absolutely breathtaking and might just keep you up all night (you’ve been warned

We would have liked storage draws for our
Clothes so could unpack our suitcase. Also the tv system did not offer an option to listen in our language (English)

The room was clean and had plush towels in the bathroom. There was a laundry room which was a priority for me. The breakfast was fantastic with lots of choice of fresh food. The hotel was in a good location with a metro stop nearby. There were several cafes opposite and a supermarket next door.

Perfectly located, bikes to rent for free. Very nice and helpful staff! Aurora explained everything in detail so that we could get an overview. She even sent me links to buy tickets for sights. Furthermore did we have an issue regarding an expired ID. She really helped us to get an appointment as soon as possible! We can really recommend this Hotel!
