The room was lovely, very clean and the hotel itself was perfectly located. The staff were amazing and couldn't have been more helpful. Breakfast was great, good value for money.

The Hotel is clean. The service is excellent. The breakfast is also great.
Minor issue, but the fridge in the room is too loud so it is difficult to sleep without earplugs. It turns on regular intervals and it can wake you up.

breakfast to the room had to be ordered 36h in advance - sounds a bit unrealistic and instead of a quiet nice breakfast in my room, I had to skip the breakfast. Also there is school nearby, so if you plan a quiet stay - might need to ask for quiet room (if possible).

location was amazing, close to basically everything. the room was overall ok. simple yet provided the needed. staff was friendly, housekeeping was good as well. happy hour and breakfast were also very good.
mattress and pillows weren't comfortable, that's my only issue.

Atmosphere
Unfortunately, our stay at the hotel was not as enjoyable as we had hoped, especially considering the overall standard we expected.
* Arrival: We were not offered the welcome drink that was apparently part of the guest experience, which made the arrival feel rather underwhelming.
* Housekeeping: The bed linen was changed only every other day, which we found disappointing.
* Spa experience: My son was politely expected to remain quiet, but the way this was communicated to him felt unnecessarily unpleasant. What was particularly frustrating was that, later on, other adults were being considerably louder and behaving inappropriately, yet no one appeared to address them. This felt inconsistent and unfair.
* Food: The dishes were beautifully presented and clearly a lot of effort went into their appearance. Unfortunately, the main courses were repeatedly served at a temperature that was cooler than expected.
* Hygiene: This was probably the most concerning aspect of our stay. We saw cockroaches walking on the counter and on the floor in the dining area. As a result, it became very difficult to feel comfortable eating there, regardless of how attractive the food looked.
* Flower exhibition: We had also been looking forward to the flower exhibition, which we understood to be a popular feature of the hotel. Unfortunately, it was not taking place during our stay.
* Happy hour: The evening happy hour mainly consisted of alcoholic beverages. As not everyone drinks alcohol, and many guests travel with children, it would have been much more inclusive to offer some appealing non-alcoholic alternatives as well.
* Swimming pool: The pool was extremely shallow and felt more suitable for children than for adults who would like to properly swim or relax in the water.

I loved the rooftop pool, staff was very accommodating and very sweet. Always willing to help! The spa was clean and the best part of the whole property. I couldn’t have asked for a better stay!
