Reception staff were Outstanding. I highlight Hanna and Antonio for going the extra mile to book all of the things we needed. Genuinely 'above and beyond' service that made the trip a delight.

The food on site was great and affordable without or without the package. The amenities were great (the spa was awesome) and the location was almost perfect.
The bathroom doesn’t have a sink, it’s seperate, which is not ideal but is the norm in Barcelona. Storage for clothes was slim, but manageable for short stays. The coat hangers were awful.

Super helpful and friendly staff, in particular Sara from reception. Breakfast was great as was the room. The marketing signage in the room (like the do not disturb sign and laundry bags etc )is so unique and funny. I have never seen anything like it in all the hotels I have stayed in.
Location is fantastic too and so central for all the sights.
Can’t think of anything as it was perfect.

Breakfast was not the best for this price + we ordered omelet but it took too long, we left before we had it.
