Location
Small room, floor board at end of bed needs replacing. The walk in shower spills water onto outside area leaving the entire floor wet. I like to sleep with open windows which was impossible due to noise from adjoining apartments as the location of room is within a courtyard

Nice location and rooftop , very close to good restaurants in El born. They have a 3 star hotel next door, quality and rooftop seem similar, other than not having spa access which we did not use.

The rooms were extremely clean, the location was very walkable, and the food, drink, and facility options at the hotel were abundant! We especially loved the rooftop bar with views of the city, the spa amenities, and the kind/helpful staff!

location is very convient: near public transportation (UGround, Bus) in the heart of the city.
the hotel is very cosy and welcoming. The surroundings are quiet. The rooftop offers a superb view on the city. The pool is shallow so dont expect to do much of a swimm in there, but very pleasant nevertheless.
The room is clean and the bed of top quality and comfort.
Breakfast is super good and generous.
To top all this the staff is very friendly and welcoming

Very nice boutique hotel that has an organic, minimalistic look and feel. I booked a double twin room - I'm not sure if that's what I ended up getting or if it was just a king-size bed, but either way, the room was a decent size for two people. The beds were comfy as well. The hotel was situated within the Gothic Quarter, so it was within walking distance to restaurants in that area. We were also a block away from the subway for the L1 and L4, too. I booked breakfast with my package, and the hotel served both cold and hot breakfast. The hot breakfast was great. I mostly would order the Spanish omelet, which was delicious. The staff at breakfast was very attentive to us each morning - special shout out to Wendy, who always had a smile on her face. We also did the spa one day - I ended up doing a 30-minute massage - wish I had booked a longer time slot. You get the spa pool for 30 mins as well, but since no one else had booked a spa, the staff let us stay for about 2 hrs, which was nice. We did the rooftop pool as well. The rooftop pool I will say is very narrow and shallow but regardless it was nice and had a beautiful voew of the city.
The plumbing in the shower would sometimes let out a foul smell. We spoke to our cleaning lady about it and she tried to flush the drain, but there's not much she could do. Also, it seemed that the pipes were clogged somewhat because anything longer than a 5-minute shower, the water spills over the lip of the shower onto the bathroom floor. We constantly had to use the towels to soak up the water. Also, there should be no glass in the showers. The 4-minute vial challenge that's on the wall fell one day and had glass all over the shower floor, which is a safety hazard. These glass vials should be removed from all rooms.

Beautiful hotel in a great location, and amazing staff. The breakfast was SO GOOD! They had so many options and even gluten free bread, which was such a treat. The laundry room was a nice option to have, but it was slow.
Amazing hotel, no big complaints. The only suggestion is that would be helpful if there was a way to notify other guests when the laundry was available or complete, as we waited hours for other people to remove their laundry. The machines were also very slow. It would be great to potentially add a second machine if possible.

very modern well considered hotel in a good location
as we were there for three days the room was a little small in terms of wardrobe and drawer space, we booked a balcony room and were very glad of the wonderful outdoor space

Location. High quality ingredient's for breakfast . Coffee. Board game in the lobby. Very nice bath towels etc. Comfortable bed. Nice smell. Flowers in the lobby.
Period of day - afternoon - when you cant order coffee ( by some rule) despite the fact pool bar is open. Some employees in the restaurant with no interest in guests.Elevator goes crazy up and down without possibility to come out. Spa - if you like sauna great, indoor pool atmosphere somehow strange
