Host met us and allowed for an early checkin which was fabulous. Gorgeous place, perfect location. Tons of space. Bed was fantastic. Wonderful gift basket upon arrival. Good communucation from host.
Bathroom had a serious odor problem (sewer gas?). Couldn't get coffee pot to work.

It’s very nice very clean and modern two bedrooms with en suite bathrooms. It’s not the same as the photo, but well appointed and comfortable.

The only good thing was the location. The property was misrepresented by the agency. It was NOT worth the money!
Stay away from this company if you do not want to have your vacation ruined. The pictures they show on Booking are NOT of the actual property. You will not see your apartment until AFTER you pay in full and get the key. We were 3 families and paid a lot of $$$ 2,200 for a 3-bedroom apartment but the agency put us in an apartment with 1 bedroom transformed into a loft by adding a platform over the kitchen and making an attic room on it. It had very low ceiling and you can't stand up. Instead of a 3rd bedroom, they put 2 beds in the hallway on an open loft between the attic room and the bathroom. There was no door, no privacy. You could hear everything from the kitchen downstairs and other people had to walk by the bed to get to the bathroom. They had a 3 bedroom apt. available but said we had to pay extra 150 EU to move us there - even though we had paid for a 3 bedroom apt!?! To get to the loft, you had to climb up a flight of steep and unsafe open stairs. This was not disclosed to us. It is unsafe for children, old people, guests with limited mobility or pets. The main toilet had a broken flusher. The agent (Eva) told us they knew about it. They did not fix it so all 3 families had to share only one toilet on the loft. The audio was not working. They had removed the lights in the living room leaving only a dim paper floor lamp probably to save money. We asked them to fix it but they never did. We spent our evenings in the dark. The property was not as described in our contract. The TV did not work. The ironing board was broken. They never fixed anything for the 5 days we were there (Sept. 14 - 18, 2025). Every day of our stay, were on the phone with them and with Booking. They stopped responding to us and to Booking. They ruined our vacation!!!

The house has a convenient locking system, there is an elevator. Amazing location opposite Catalunya Square, opposite bus lines. Comfortable rooms, modernly equipped house, looks renovated.
There are no blinds on the windows and the curtains are thin, so in the morning the light penetrates straight into the room.
The washing machine, which also serves as a clothes dryer, did not do its job and did not dry the laundry, and there is also no facility for drying laundry.
For those who are not used to it, the beds are too soft and uncomfortable.

Located in city center gives you easy access to all attractions fast. Host was great, apartment is big and clean, enough of towels and well equipped.
Balcony is looking not looking at the street but at the yard and sitting outside in July is like sitting in a furnace :)

Location
A lot of things were not working like lights, small damages ( which we took pictures of and send it to them the first day) to the apartment especially the safe and they claimed they didn’t know about the damages. Knob was missing from gas range.. tv was too small, there was damage on the ceiling light in kids room, bedroom, living room.. construction work going on in the building up n down every day we couldn’t enjoy our sleep.. they never mentioned there’s construction work going on all around!

Excellent location. Nice set up.
Bathroom. One toilet did not work and no shower door. Had to mop up the floor with towels each time you used it which way every day. Notified them about both situations and didn’t get fixed while we were there.
