The location is excellent
My stay was for 2 weeks. Honestly, if i didn't pay the total amount unrefunable, i would have moved from this highly rated hotel.
The hotel has a real big issue in cleaning, unfortunately. The housekeeping staff are not friendly at all. You have to keep asking for every single thing; towels, soap, toilet tissues, tea bags, sugar.
The walls between rooms are very thin, not soundproof at all.
The recipients have the minimum knowledge of hospitality.
I will never repeat my stay in this hotel.

Friendly staff clean and comfortable. Great location.
It was very noisy in the street below our bedroom window. We have stayed a few times and really enjoy the hotel. However, on this occasion with the room location being on the back it was not at all good. We did not have any sleep at all. It has put us off staying again.

Everything but you have to keep in mind it is a boutique hotel not a 4 star brand hotel
No tissue in the room , only the first day the water for free when I asked they told this is by the owner law, however they provided us with free water,I reserved 2 rooms one of them was very tiny

Location is good, it is central but not turistic. However the closest metro station is 15 minutes walking from the hotel which in summer could be a real challenge. There are many restaurants around. And the staff diring the day is very nice
Rooms are small but the worst part is that some of them never receive any natural light, they are super dark, small and depressing. i would never stay there without a guarantee of a room facing Av.Diagonal. The restaurant was no open due to remodeling. There was noice at night from guests, and even guest kicking and trying to open our door. The doors in the rooms do not count on any decent locks or security, and there is just one person at night sitting in the lobby responsible for the security of the whole building.

Great hotel, staff and location. Will stay again. Good value for money. Car park discount. Very large room.
The toilet door is made out of glass. Not a lot of privacy if you travel with someone. Also there is light in the facade but the size of the curtains was not sufficient to make the room dark. I was not able to understand how to use the AC.

This is my second stay at Wilson! The location is perfect , central and easy to get around. I loved the building, the spacious room and bathroom, and how bright and airy the room felt. Would definitely stay again.
The elevator was very slow, and the waiting time was often long.
