Location, closiness to cafes and restaurant, architecture of the building. Fully equipped (oven, TV, refrigerator, coffee machine, etc.). Plus the neighbohood felt safe.
The fact that (a) we had to collect and drop waste/garbage and (b) there was no renewal of linen/towels.

Location was great, quieter than other parts of Barcelona. The best gelato I have ever had was right around the corner at Dela Crem. The kitchen was slightly dirty but nothing terrible. Elevator was fast. Washing machine for laundry available. Reception had certain hours so be aware. There was a checkout drop off box for keys if needed.
They gave a long list of items and things in the apartment and wanted you to check off the status of these items for any damage etc. It felt like they were looking for a reason to keep the $150 deposit.

The information received before our arrival was excellent. The parking opposite the apartment was excellent and a positive for my choice of where to stay.
The size of the apartment was larger than expected and very comfortable.

The person who checked us in was friendly and helpful and was able to get us checked in once our apartment was ready. We appreciated her efforts as we were incredibly tired after a long period of traveling from the United States.
A 4 pm check-in is too late for someone traveling a long distance. It would be nice to be able to have the option for an earlier check-in, even if we have to pay a little extra. We were able to get in early though, which was very appreciated. It would be nice to have that option from the very start.

We loved the location. It’s near the university so there is a lively vibe to the neighborhood with lots of cafes, bars, and restaurants as well as being very convenient to public transportation.
The apartment itself was spacious for two people and we liked the two large windows with balconies that overlook the pedestrian area below.
The other big plus are the women who run the place, especially Gemma and Blanca who are at reception. They were very helpful and friendly.
We would definitely return if we get back to Barcelona!
Honestly, my only complaint was that the pillows weren’t very comfortable, but that’s such a personal thing….the bed was very comfortable however! There is loads of storage for clothing if one wishes to unpack - and it may be that most of the guests stay longer than the three nights we booked. But we didn’t want to unpack our suitcases and there really wasn’t adequate space to open them up, at least in the apt we had. Maybe it’s different in larger apartments.

Situatated in L'Eixample, close to a few cafés, bars and restaurants, a few minutes away from the bus station from the airport. Location is perfect for strolling around, apartment is clean and a plenty of space, has a washing machine which is a big plus for us as we were traveling for a month. The staff are incredibly nice and helpful, they even gave us a box of truffle chocolates, what a treat!
Highly recommended when in Barcelona

Perfect location. Close to everything. Very quiet heard absolutely no noise from the street. The balcony is amazing! Enjoyed everything about this location!

The location was fabulous and we were able to walk around most evenings for dinner and exploring, mornnings for coffee and taxi pickup location easily accessible to explore other areas of the city. The apartment was very clean and the staff was very friendly.
The bed was a little "firm" and not the most comfortable. There were no wash cloths (we are used to that in the United States and it was surprising they were not available, but perhaps that's normal for Barcelona). There was an overflow from the bathroom shower that was fixed, but it had evidently happened in the past due to the evidence of water damage around the bathroom door frame. Perhaps a new drain that collects hair needs to be put in because it was easily fixed with a plumbers snake, but we had to use the towels to dry the LARGE amount of water that ended up on the floor.

Everything was carefully designed for optimum holiday stay. Electric shades, dishwasher and wash machine soap, easy check in. You will not find better accomodations

Everything!!! Location, staff help, very accommodating. Location is fabulous. It is on a quaint street. Gemma was so helpful with helping us with transportation. I would highly recommend Wello. I will definitely stay here when I go back.
