W Barcelona is a striking sail-like structure next to Barceloneta Beach, offering breathtaking design and fantastic views over Barcelona. Lovely view and brilliant location
Phone connection unavailable on higher floors and basic wifi in rooms didnt work - was expected to pay for additional wifi on top of the cost of the room. The price of the rooms should already include acceptable and usable WiFi connection

Great views off surroundings.
Room was very hot due to cooling system failure. Asked to be moved to new room after not being able to sleep comfortably in room. Some debris on carpeting noticed after check-in. Elevators very dimly lit making it challenging to use the elevator card control.

Stunning decor, comfy beds and all necessary mod cons in rooms. Toiletries supplied were beautiful. Great having Nespresso maker in room. Staff were sensational. Salt restaurant for breakfast was cool. Pools were great and loungers amazing.
Location - it is great being away from town and on the beach but a bit annoying to get to and from the hotel to anywhere unless in a cab.
