W Barcelona is a striking sail-like structure next to Barceloneta Beach, offering breathtaking design and fantastic views over Barcelona. It was an amazing experience The hotel , the view , the room , the staff everything was beyond expectations It’s not my first stay at w hotels but this hotel was so good The room was so beautiful with the best view I have ever seen As it was my first visit to Barcelona so I didn’t spend too much time in the hotel but for my next visit I believe I will be able to spend my entire stay at the hotel

The view was beautiful, and the (fire) restaurant at the hotel was fantastic. The chef was excellent, and the waiter was professional, friendly, and attentive. The food was absolutely delicious, and the room was clean and comfortable. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and truly enjoyed our stay.
The experience could have been better. Unfortunately, our check-in was delayed by about 1.5 hours, which was disappointing. We also requested a late check-out for both rooms. While one room was initially accepted for late check-out, the room cards stopped working at 12:00, despite the agreement. I had to wait in a long queue for around 15 minutes just to have the cards reactivated. Another issue was the housekeeping policy. If you place a “Do Not Disturb” sign on the door, the room is not cleaned even if you remove the sign later in the morning, after 10:00 AM. This means the room can only be cleaned during the early morning hours. Overall, while we enjoyed the food, service, and cleanliness of the room, these issues made the stay less convenient than expected.

hello I stayed at W Barcelona in room 409 and checked out on Friday, August 28. A €500 security deposit was taken from my card at check-in, but the amount has still not been released. My brother stayed at the same hotel in room 107 and checked out on the same day, August 28. His €500 security deposit has already been returned. Could you please check the status of my €500 deposit and arrange for it to be released as soon as possible? Thank you for your assistance.

There is not enough lighting in the bathroom sink area. Our toilet did not work we asked for maintenance to take a fix and even after they came it we were still unable to flush.
