Location is safe and easy to access, close to the main locations while it is in the safe region. Hotel has comfortable beds, good wifi, and also bunch of croissants as breakfast. But this is not a facility, it is a gift as the lobby declared. We loved the hotel. Room had a street view with no noise. Rooms has good AC. Lobby desk even helped for the touristic spots of the Barcelona and the tips for exploring the city. I don't know the name of the staff but thanks for everything to the staff who faciliated the check-in procedure when we arrived the hotel.

We loved staying here in the Exiample District of Barcelona. It was convenient to walk everywhere. This property was very responsive with communication and when we arrived were let in immediately into the building. And our room was even ready before the 3:00 pm check-in time. Barbara, the property manager on site, was terrific! She was so nice, sweet and knowledgeable. Our booking went so smoothly. The Violetta Boutique Hotel was just perfect and we would stay there again! Don't hesitate to book this!!

Wow! What a great hotel in a safe/lively part of Barcelona! Our room was very spacious, clean, comfortable and had a small balcony. Decor was modern and stylish. Staff was very accommodating and allowed us to store our luggage safely before and after check-in/check-out. Highly recommend and will definitely return!

The shower is pathetic it costs nothing to make sure it works properly and the bathroom was not cleaned well . But was comfortable and room 6 is not the quietest room as it opens up to the street .

Clean place with a lovely view over the street.
The staff was extremely nice and let us store the luggage a bit after hours and also helped us with some things we left behind.
The bed was extremely uncomfortable because it was the extra soft type, where you sink in. A nightmare for my back, but some may prefer this style.
There is an elevator, but it still requires some going up and down stairs, so be mindful of that if you have accessibility issues.

Bed was noisy. Staff was kinda okay, but not great or super friendly. Hot water is super hot!!! Be careful.

Beds were not comfortable. Air conditioning was same for all the rooms on the floor and could not control it for the room we rented. We did put the control down to 19 degrees Celsius but room was still warm .

The staff is super nice! Great location!
We had a bit of an issue with our room and decided to leave 1 night early. The staff did such an amazing job to get the issue resolved. They gave us a bottle of champagne, chocolates, offer to change our room and refund for our last night stay. However I already had another location booked closer to the airport as we were leaving Barcelona early the next morning.

The location of the hotel was perfect. It felt like everything I needed was within a 5 minute walk, including the subway. The staff were exceptionally helpful every time I needed something. The room was big and the bed was very comfortable. I would definitely stay here again.
Our room faced a busy road and it could be noisy at times. Someone upstairs woke up us one night as they were walking very loudly. I'm a light sleeper so I wake up pretty easily. Luckily the noises didn't happen too often.

Perfect city center location! The room was quite spacious but quiet. I did not really use the facilities, I just slept there. Very conveniently placed near metro stations and restaurants. Friendly staff.

Room had everything we needed. Location was easy to get to and find. Breakfast wasn't offered but some pastries and coffee and juice provided was a nice touch.
