The location of the hotel was perfect. It felt like everything I needed was within a 5 minute walk, including the subway. The staff were exceptionally helpful every time I needed something. The room was big and the bed was very comfortable. I would definitely stay here again.
Our room faced a busy road and it could be noisy at times. Someone upstairs woke up us one night as they were walking very loudly. I'm a light sleeper so I wake up pretty easily. Luckily the noises didn't happen too often.

Perfect city center location! The room was quite spacious but quiet. I did not really use the facilities, I just slept there. Very conveniently placed near metro stations and restaurants. Friendly staff.

Room had everything we needed. Location was easy to get to and find. Breakfast wasn't offered but some pastries and coffee and juice provided was a nice touch.
Shower temperature fluctuated quite a lot.

Barbara was a wonderful host with amazing communication and generous with her time to tell us the spots to visit to make the most of our short stay. And we even got a nice chocolaty treat! Very charming.
Booking stated we had a twin bed and a double bed but there was only a double in the room. Within 30 minutes, Barbara had the 2nd bed installed in the room. Very accomodating.

The location is great and the room was very comfortable. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable.
The breakfast coffee doesn’t start until 9. I would prefer it earlier.

The location was perfect. Close to a main plaza for transportation and restaurants. The staff was friendly and helpful. We would definitely stay there again.

Everyone was so welcoming and helpful. Check in and check out was quick and easy. We got to the property a little early and they let us store our luggage while we waited for our room to be ready. There were so many shops and places to eat within walking distance. They even had coffee and pastries available for breakfast. Would definitely recommend staying here.
The stairs were a little tricky with the luggage we brought but there is a small lift that stops between floors so you’ll only have a few steps from the lift to the door to get to the rooms.

Staff, facilities, and bathroom, bedroom - everything was clean and welcoming! Location was stellar in a bustling, busy area.
My only suggestion would be to provide a fan for the room. It can get a bit warm with the windows closed and since its on a busy street, its loud at night with the windows open.

Great location. Family room was quiet, clean, hot water, comfortable beds. Free bottled water, pastries, juice and coffee. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony.
Only type c plugs, and some non functional. Shower was difficult to get in and out of and shower divider was not long enough to prevent water splashing on the floor. Pastries, etc. available starting at 9am which was a little late for our family.

The bedroom and bathroom were spacious. I loved the moldings and decor. We had a small balcony on the street facing an old church. There were double balcony doors that blocked out most of the street noise. There was also an outdoor patio for all guests. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The property was spotless. We were 5 minutes from the central square and 15 minutes from the cathedral. Many of Gaudi’s buildings were a short walk away.
The hotel is in a very old building, so this is a warning to people who expect an Ibis or Novotel. These things did not bother us. There is a very small elevator, but it stops in between floors so there are always stairs to navigate. There are plumbing noises and we could hear other guests in the lobby or on the rooms next to us. Sometimes (Friday or Saturday nights) you could hear people singing or yelling on the streets, but not often. The noises were never overwhelming and certainly did not negate the desirability of this hotel.
