No heating in bathroom at all. When asked staff for any help, there was no solution at all.

I really enjoy the room and grateful that they gave me bigger option of a room for free
I didn’t like menu for dinner, as I’m not eating meat and I wanted some vegan food. So I could order only vegan burger, there were no options for pasta or smth like this. Compare to breakfast, the dinner menu was a bit weak.

Breakfast was ok, the workers friendly
The hotel does really need a renovation, it smells like mold inside the room and the room was unfortunately always wet (all the windows). The bed sheets are very horrible and poor quality, we couldn't sleep good because the room is not well insulated and we heard everything. The price is too high for the quality, the breakfast was ok. The workers are professional and very kind and it's in a good neighborhood.

They have upgraded my room for free and gifted a bottle of cava for our special ocassion.
Front desk was great, terrace view and personnel working at their restaurant was also great as well.
I wrote seperate message to you regarding some missing items, and I hope you can support on finding them.
Plus, in general I would advise to be more attentive on cleaning services as it was not at its best, forgetting some dirty staff to be removed cups etc.

I highly recommend this hotel, which is simply stunning and offers top-quality service. The reception staff is extremely friendly and always attentive to our needs. The welcome was excellent, and the overall service truly exceeded my expectations.
Upon my arrival, I met Miguel at the reception very professional and friendly, and we immediately had a great connection. He recommended the rooftop breakfast, which turned out to be delicious, varied, and accompanied by an exceptional view. Many thanks as well to the restaurant staff for their warm hospitality.
I would also like to thank the housekeeping team: my room was always spotless truly impeccable. They have all my gratitude for their hard work.
I will definitely come back to your hotel on my next trip to Barcelona!
