The view from the room was awful, I would even call it a view , I expected a nice window and to see the city , it opened up to a lightless back alley with a scary drop, so no natural day light which was a shame as its a very nice hotel apart from that.

Making the bed and changing the towels were not done after many times of demand.
Iron was asked but it was never deliver to the room.

Wonderful staff, from the front desk to the terrace restaurant, and especially the efficient and thorough cleaning crew.
Excellent bed, accessible and large shower with great water pressure. Terrace is beautiful and the food and drinks are well priced and prepared.
Great location, far from touristy historic area, and closer to residential neighborhood.

Location is absolutely amazing! So close to great restaurants, sightseeing, shopping. Located in a very walkable and safe area! Beautiful view from the rooftop as well. The staff were amazing, and made necessary accommodations for me!
The facilities are dated, especially lower grade rooms. And there is some weird smell in there as well. Also, minor thing - could not connect to YouTube or any other TV services, which is somewhat a necessity for 2025.

The rooftop restaurant/bar are is nice. Staff is very polite and professional.The hotel is centrally located, and there is a bus stop right in front.
The window in our room offered a view of the interior of the building, which was not particularly desirable.

Disappointing
The hotel is in a very nice area, away from the crowds of tourists, but still close to great shops and restaurants along Diagonal Street. There’s also a taxi stand just across the street, which makes getting around very easy.
Unfortunately, our room and the hallway had a noticeable smell of cigarette smoke, likely coming through the ventilation. We had to keep the window open and the air conditioning on to manage it. The staff mentioned it was due to other guests, and although they offered to move us on the last night, we decided to stay. It didn’t ruin our stay, but it’s something to be aware of if you’re sensitive to smells.

I really liked that it was clean, safe, and quiet — overall, a great stay at Vincci Mae. The shower was excellent, and the bed was very comfortable.
The AC worked really well, but it automatically shuts off once the room reaches the set temperature. After a shower, the room would get pretty steamy, which was a bit uncomfortable.

The room was clean, modern and the bed comfortable.
Two things were quite bothersome:
1. The AC was awful. For one, you cannot set the temperature below 21 C. On top of that, the AC automatically shuts down every few hours even if you are in the room and the key is inserted. It was extremely hot outside, and I woke up earlier than planned in the morning due to the unbearable heat in the room. I find this a rather absurd way to save a few cents while completely sacrificing the guests' comfort on hot summer days.
2. The room effectively didn't have a window. It did physically have one, but the glass was completely obscured and you couldn't open it.

I liked that it was clean, safe, a quiet - great stay with Vincci Mae - great shower, comfortable bed.
AC was great but it turns off by itself when the room reaches the temperature it’s set on. After showering the room turns into a steam room ?
