Location is unsurpassed: right opposite Urquinaona metro station on the red line, walking distance to pretty much all gems of the city including Sagrada Familia and Barceloneta, I even made it on foot to the Museu Nacional d'Art - but this one is really for walking freaks)) The reception team prepared a room on floor 1 that I didn't quite like upon arrival, and they were nice to move me to another absolutely perfect abode facing the main street on floor 3. It was my spontaneous birthday weekend and I wanted to be spoilt with perfection) I opted out of breakfast despite a discounted offer just to be motivated to explore Catalan breakfast offers in the city.
Well, I was a bit annoyed by an attempted room cleaning at 11am on my birthday on Saturday. But I admit I should have placed a 'do not diturb' tag on the door

The location is central with easy access to tours, taxis or other public transportation. There are lots of nice restaurants in the vicinity and walking distance to many attractions. I loved the location.

Overall, everything was good and our stay was comfortable. This was our second time staying here, and in general we like the hotel.
However, this time we booked 5 rooms for our team at the same price, expecting similar room conditions. Upon check-in, we found that the rooms differed quite a lot in size and some of them did not have a balcony, which was disappointing.
When we asked if it was possible to change one of the rooms, we were told that everything was fully booked, even though I could still see available rooms for our dates on the website on that same day.
In general, everything was fine, but the difference in room size and conditions was a bit upsetting and affected our overall impression.

Location was lovely …
We’ve been travelling for 6 weeks and have enjoyed Vincci locations in Seville, Madrid and Valencia. The Barcelona location disappointed us in comparison. The showers (we had 2 rooms and BOTH had the same issue) were horrible. So hard to regulate the temperature, we were scalded each and every shower. The room at night was so very warm, even leaving the windows open didn’t help. We just didn’t get a 4 Star ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️ feeling from this hotel. So unfortunate because we enjoyed all the other chain locations.

To be honest, this hotel deserves the best review I can think of. Beginning with the location- city center, but not too crowded. The hotel and rooms were super clean, and it has all the facilities we could ask for.
I also want to mention that this hotel gives the best service ever - listening and really cares about its guests. My daughter celebrated her birthday there, and they made sure she will feel special (even gave her a small gift and ballon’s). We changed the reservation dates at the last minute, they understood and didn’t charge extra. When we went out of city, they helped us plan the road back and forth. We will definitely come back again. Thank you for such an amazing stay.

Hotel staff were friendly, helpful, and professional. The rooms were comfortable and clean. The location of the hotel was excellent for touring Barcelona. Evening meals in the restaurant were good. We liked the rooftop bar.
The only negative aspect of our visit was breakfast in the restaurant. The other meals were fine, even well above average. The choices for the breakfast buffet were meager and quality average. The coffee served was the worst I had in Barcelona. All of this for a price that was too high.

Very friendly and helpful staff; excellent location for sightseeing. The room was nicely designed and very comfortable. Despite facing a busy street, my room was perfectly quiet.
The breakfast is complete and excellent.
The Vincci Gala seems a bit pricey for what you get. But all of Barcelona is pricey. Still, the hotel is worth it.

This is a very nice western style hotel in the heart of Barcelona central. Easy access to metro and everything the city has to offer. Good value, big room and bathroom.
A little noise on the street side. Ask for an interior room if that’s an issue for you.

Great location, not in the exact center on ramblas where everything is under construction and too touristy but not far away from anything! There is a metro and bus station right across the street outside the hotel! Breakfast was exceptional! Servers were kind and greeted us every morning with huge smiles on their faces and remembered our coffee orders! The rooms were very big and comfortable!
The elevators are very slow!!

We’re on the 6th floor and had a view of Sagrada Familia. The location was great. Bed was comfortable and the room was great. We did not have a chance to have breakfast at property but they have their own restaurant in the next building and it looks elegant. The terrace was beautiful. I enjoyed the view there.
The pool is small. We did not use it since weather was cold when we were there but it can be since to use in summer but I dont think will be enough to swim freely.
