Nice staff
The rooms were very near each other. You could hear the neighbour talking. We asked from the beginning for a bubble bad but they couldn't fix it even after 4 nights of stay.

Negatif points. Tv has no netflix option or any internet options. For 2026 a bit weird. If you bring a winebottle there is no wineopener in the room. They open it for you at the bar for 5 euro and you get 2 wineglasses. Never was i charged 5 euro to open a winebottle in a hotel...

I had a wonderful stay at Vincci Bit Hotel. The hotel is excellent — very clean, modern, and perfectly maintained. The rooms were comfortable and everything was well organized.
The staff were very friendly, professional, and always ready to help, which made the experience even better. The location is also very convenient, with easy access to nearby attractions and transportation.
The only small issue is that parking is not included, and you have to pay separately if you have a car. Other than that, everything was perfect.
Overall, it was a great experience, and I would definitely recommend this hotel.

The hotel is very stylish, good lobby area suitable for work. A good breakfast, I recommend to take it when they offer to include.

I liked everything starting from the entry till the exit point, friendly and helpful staff at the reception "Amman", restaurant and room service.
The most thing I liked was the elevator everyday morning messages, they were amazing, inspiring and positive.
I hope to come back one day, bye until we meet again soon ISA.

Everything was wonderful. Although the hotel is a bit far from the city center, I would choose it again because being away from the busy, noisy downtown is actually a plus. Transportation and the metro service are very convenient. Plus, there’s a beautiful, uncrowded beach nearby, which made the stay even better.

First of all, I would like to thank Ms. Arianna at the reception very much. The hotel service was 360 degrees, and it was excellent in terms of price/performance. All my expectations were met.
I would like to mention this not as a complaint but as a suggestion for improvement. The faucet in the bathroom was very close to the sink, and while washing my hands, my fingers sometimes touched the sink. Additionally, the ventilation operates as a central system, meaning there was no option to adjust the room temperature—for example, to raise it to 24°C or lower it to 23°C, etc.

The staff were quite kind and helpful, the breakfast was good and enormous, the rooms were clean comfortable and quiet.
The location of the hotel is good, close to the subway it was easy to reach any part of the city.

The location was perfect, next to the gothic neighbourhood in the heart of Las Ramblas. Walking distance to Barceloneta and, in general, perfect to get to know the city by foot.

Location was perfect for us since it is close to family and Diagonal Mar shopping center. We always look for a hotel with parking facility which this one has.
The bathroom of our first room was missing its door!
They assigned us another room and while we were away, they changed it without even a message via booking.com or email notifying us. What a surprise to see that our room key did not open the door. Annoying to have to complain twice! Our final and definite room was nice.
