Its looks like a j just renovated great apartment. Location is near the center, bus 30 meters away, 2 metro stations within a 6 minute walk. Great, facilities (washer-dryer, toaster...). Very elegant, clean, cosy. Cleaning service daily. Really good matress. Coffee shop with breakfast items just around a corner. Entry by key-code, reception.
Only 2 really minor things, scratched frying pans and only two teaspoons - (both easily replacable).

Fernando at check-in was very personable and helpful. The apartment had everything we needed. We appreciated the option to have daily housekeeping. The location was exactly what we wanted—more of a local feel, rather than touristy, but still easily walkable/accessible to major city sites. We enjoyed exploring the small local businesses nearby also.

Clean, comfortable room; great for our family of four. Washer/dryer combo was a godsend and loved having a small kitchen. Blackout shades in living room made for easy sleeping.

Close to many things. Can walk - if you’re so inclined to Sagrada Familia and to Parc Guell. Also walkable to the market on Las Ramblas.

location is very good. can walk, taxi or Uber anywhere you want to go. Coffee shops, bakeries, markets and restaurants all near. condo had everything you could need. very comfy and away from noise. Alex was super, needed a different electric converter and he provided, nice young man. AC was good.

We were in Barcelona for the Spain/Portugal power outage. The hosts were stationed at the street door to meet us because the key pad was non-functional without electricity; and very helpful.
Apartment was excellent, great location for accessing the Sagrada, Gothic quarter, restaurants, and the best of Barcelona.

the apartment was easy to access and reach. it's ina. complete residential neighborhood but has a parking lot about 4 mins walk from there, so parking there was easy. Muhammad at their reception desk was very helpful and very friendly. he helped us by giving us a lot of information n plans for sightseeing. He was reachable at all times and was easy tohandle things. it's a comfortable apartment, small but doable. The bed was comfy and enough space for storage. The room was cleaned daily. there are a few super markets around so it's easy to get water and supplies.
the Sofa bed for our kid was not comfortable, it was sinking in so was a bit difficult to sleep.
there are a very few restaurants around that area so was a bit boring to go to the same place as a few were out for us to eat..

Mohammad checked us in and he was very kind and able to answer any questions we had. That kinda personal touch was very appreciated.
We heard some noise coming from upstairs after 11pm till about 1am that kept us getting awake.

We loved our stay at Up Suites.
Muhammad in the front desk was super helpful even before we arrived.
The facilities are very well maintained and the suites we stayed in was excellent. We’ve been traveling (mom, dad and 2 teenagers) through Europe for 3 weeks and this was our best booking so far.
The beds were delicious, the pillows on point, the cleanliness perfect. The kitchen had everything we needed: salt, pepper, sugar, coffee, etc. and every utensil you could need for a short stay.
The decor was beautiful.
