Breakfast was great.
The lobby was chaotic. There were 2 guys fighting when we arrived in the lobby to check in. The hotel rents bikes in the lobby so brings bad clientele. The bathroom was very small and the tub was dangerous to get in and get out. Not safe at all.
Rooms were very noisy. You could hear everyone talking on the hallway.

Best staff ever! We arrived before our room was ready and the staff happily tagged our bags and stowed in the concierge room. Rooms are clean and comfortable. THE BEST BREAKFAST ever! Beautiful breakfast room with chef preparing pancakes, churros, omelettes and other eggs to order. Located right on the bus and subway line for easy access to different parts of Barcelona.

Clean, comfortable, and quiet. Well maintained community area. Phenomenal breakfast area!
Many amenities within easy walking distance (eateries, shopping, self service laundromat, etc).
Outstanding staff from check-in to check- out and everything in between. Special kudos to Jorge at the front desk for his friendly, professional presence.
Modestly pricey (€350.00+ per night), but, on par with the surrounding area.

The room was nice. The bed was not as comfortable as I am use to but acceptable. The staff was always polite and welcoming.
The bed was a little uncomfortable but with additional pillows provided by the staff, we made it work.

Great location. A stone throw from the local metro and was super easy to navigate around the city. Breakfast was superb and staff friendly

My room was an adjoining room and you could hear inside the next room. Perhaps this is the reason the hotel is called INSIDE. I was laughing on the phone and my neighbor called the security guard. The staff called my room to tell me to be quiet and the security guard came to my door. I was really embarrassed. This hotel is located on a busy street. You can hear a lot of noise. My stay could’ve been more comfortable if I had more privacy. The hotel is well decorated but I didn’t feel like the service matched the decor. The only reason I’m giving it a 3 rating is because it a clean hotel and beautiful. It’s too bad the experience wasn’t that of a luxury hotel.

Nobody told us they’re was a 40euro charge for early check in which I asked when we booked … told us we could pay 80euros more and check in early for a little bit bigger room … kinda felt cheated to check in early and only 1 bottle of water for 2 people in room which was told was complimentary and asked for 1 more and denied

The rooms are very comfortable and clean, and the staff are very friendly and helpful. I would definetly recommend if needing to be by the port for cruises. We were a little concerned about area at first, but it was ok after seeing the next day, reasonably - (we were upsold at check in but it was a great room and so didnt complain but didnt understand really what was happening when it did. )

Spacious, clean, and quiet townhouse room. Bath towels were the perfect size and quality. Beds were very comfy. All staff were personable, courteous, and professional.
