I liked the variety of complementary drinks in the room. There is a market occasionally next to hotel, a nice cafe across the road and a large park up the hill with great views.
The bath was full of grease and dirt. Most disappointing was to find it out once you fill the bath and get into it. I have found the price of stay very expensive considering having financial difficulties decided to stay as I had trust in the brand and stayed some time ago in Manchester Innside. To my regret, I believe it was not worth the extra price. There were 2 single beds moved together instead of a double bed. It was not comfy and it was moving all together. The duvet and bedding also was not comfortable. I also don’t quite like the location - it felt somewhat not safe, right next to a busy road (noisy).

1. Great staff - especially Lucia (events), Irene (guest experience), and multi-language / multi-tasking Jorge (reception). Maximum attention to the guests' special requests (and I know better than anyone that our group was not an easy one!). 2. Cleanliness. 3. Bed & bath textiles. 4. Mini-bar, electric kettle, cups, teabags and instant coffee. 5. Safe - big enough for a notebook. 6. Enough space under the mirror to put all the skincare products. 7. Magnifying mirror for make-up. 8. Security "chain" on the room door, from inside. 9. Breakfast (fresh orange juice, fresh fruits, pastry, local cheeses and sausages). 10. Good wi-fi signal. 11. Modern design - neither agressive nor boring, just about right (I fell in love with the blue retro phones!).
1. Coffee at the breakfast... could have been better (OK, the upscale rooms have coffee machines with capsules, so that helped). 2. Would be great to have not just a gym, but also a sauna...

Excellent breakfast, free minibar. In general it’s renovated and modern hotel.
Very loud. You can hear everything that people discuss in the next rooms and in the hall. We put dnd sign several time, but someone turned sign to clean room and disturbed.
Don’t like pillows - too high. You have 2 pillow, but both high and hard.
Double bed is not double - expect the huge hole between them.

Fine and modern design, comfortable room, easy check-in and check-out, amazing breakfast buffet with a lot of options.
The breakfast in itself was great, but because of the size of the hotel, the breakfast area was packed and very noisy.

Wonderful
The bed was excelent. Slept really well and the room was bright and spacious.Only downfall was the cleaners room across ours which was slammed every time someone went in or out. My partner said it was a bit noisy from the main road as well. But I sleep with ear plugs in so that’s not an issue for me. He said he’d definitely stay again but he’d ask for a top floor room instead because of that.
Breakfast was very generous and a lot of things to choose from. The fresh egg station was a definite plus.
The staff was extremely nice and very accommodating.
Some people were touching things from breakfast with their bare hands so that put me off lots of things.
But that’s more about people’s education than the hotel. Maybe the staff could pay more attention to that for the future?
