I didn't like anything.
The receptionist's communication with us was very poor.He answered our questions reluctantly and was constantly irritable.The elevator has been broken since the day you checked in.We stayed at the hotel for 6 days and our room was never cleaned, the bed sheets weren't changed, only the bed was made.They didn't replace the bath towels. They just straightened the towels we were using.

Really impressed by this hotel, was so much better than I was expecting, very clean and efficient, super helpful and friendly staff and great facilities, including a great gym and lovely breakfast!
