I was happy with this location from the moment we exited the taxi. We were assisted to the lobby (which smelled wonderful). Provided access to room within a very short time. Room was great, clean. Great location. Easy access to transportation: bus/trains/taxis. I would definitely recommend.
I would like to have more variety at restaurant.

It was close and large room
our IPad was stolen out of the room and the maids and ourselves were the only ones that entered the room. We talked to management and were told THIS HAS NEVER HAPPENED BEFORE,, Right ! LARGE HOTEL WITH HUNDREDS OF PEOPLE CHECKING IN AND THIS IS THE ANSWER THEY GAVE US.

Breakfast was great.
The lobby was chaotic. There were 2 guys fighting when we arrived in the lobby to check in. The hotel rents bikes in the lobby so brings bad clientele. The bathroom was very small and the tub was dangerous to get in and get out. Not safe at all.
Rooms were very noisy. You could hear everyone talking on the hallway.

Best staff ever! We arrived before our room was ready and the staff happily tagged our bags and stowed in the concierge room. Rooms are clean and comfortable. THE BEST BREAKFAST ever! Beautiful breakfast room with chef preparing pancakes, churros, omelettes and other eggs to order. Located right on the bus and subway line for easy access to different parts of Barcelona.

The room was nice. The bed was not as comfortable as I am use to but acceptable. The staff was always polite and welcoming.
The bed was a little uncomfortable but with additional pillows provided by the staff, we made it work.

Clean, comfortable, and quiet. Well maintained community area. Phenomenal breakfast area!
Many amenities within easy walking distance (eateries, shopping, self service laundromat, etc).
Outstanding staff from check-in to check- out and everything in between. Special kudos to Jorge at the front desk for his friendly, professional presence.
Modestly pricey (€350.00+ per night), but, on par with the surrounding area.
