The hotel is very close to everywhere.The metro in front of the hotel.The stuff helpful and smiling.The minibar has free water and a few fruit juices everyday.The room enough large and comfortable.The beds are comfortable.
The room has a city view so it has some noisy in outside.İ booked hotel about 2 months ago and the hotel costumer service has not send any welcome message so i worried about having reservation approval problem and i sent message them but the customer service replied after 4 days after. Surprisingly the customer service sent lots of information message before 2 days ago travelling.But they informed me wrong information about tax price.In my opinioun the customer service should be improve.Very late answer and giving wrong information.

Good breakfast that can be improved with fresh orange juice, if this sugestion is accepted.
We really liked the clean rooms and the staff, who were very attentive to our needs whenever necessary.
The cleaning crew made a terrible noise every day for whole day so was very hard to get any rest during the day. I believe this can easily be fixed in the future.

The breakfast was centered around Asian dishes, alot of Koreans occupied the hotel and you could tell breakfast was catered to their culture. My room wasn't sweept but it was cleaned if that makes sense. The location isn't feasible for Uber dropoffs as they won't pull up directly to the hotel, they will be across the stree or near Apolo.
The breakfast options not being a more variety, catered to Korean culture only.

Lovely hotel in central Barcelona, close to picked transport and great for strolling around the city centre. The staff were particularly brilliant, friendly and helpful throughout.
