I was happy with this location from the moment we exited the taxi. We were assisted to the lobby (which smelled wonderful). Provided access to room within a very short time. Room was great, clean. Great location. Easy access to transportation: bus/trains/taxis. I would definitely recommend.
I would like to have more variety at restaurant.

Unfortunately, my experience at this hotel was extremely disappointing. The food was terrible, and the staff were unhelpful throughout my stay. To make matters worse, on the last day, two pieces of my jewelry—gold rings—went missing from my room. They were left in my makeup bag, and when I returned, both were gone. I had placed a “Do Not Clean” sign on the door, which was ignored.
I reported the missing items to reception and customer services and later submitted a written complaint. Despite this, I have not received a call from the manager—only an email from Guest Services. I have traveled extensively around the world, and this has never happened to me before. I am devastated by the theft and beyond disappointed with how this situation was handled.
