The hotel was clean, and the beds were comfortable.
Really Noisy could hear people shouting pretty much all day, starting at 7 AM and often till midnight or later. No fresh coffee in the lobby or rooms.

I was happy with this location from the moment we exited the taxi. We were assisted to the lobby (which smelled wonderful). Provided access to room within a very short time. Room was great, clean. Great location. Easy access to transportation: bus/trains/taxis. I would definitely recommend.
I would like to have more variety at restaurant.

Hotel, room, location and staff was lovely. It is close to active street, but it was completely quiet in my room. Good breakfast that you can enjoy in a nice terrace.

The price in booking is should include everything, however the asked me to pay like 30€ for city tax of something else

It was close and large room
our IPad was stolen out of the room and the maids and ourselves were the only ones that entered the room. We talked to management and were told THIS HAS NEVER HAPPENED BEFORE,, Right ! LARGE HOTEL WITH HUNDREDS OF PEOPLE CHECKING IN AND THIS IS THE ANSWER THEY GAVE US.

Breakfast was great.
The lobby was chaotic. There were 2 guys fighting when we arrived in the lobby to check in. The hotel rents bikes in the lobby so brings bad clientele. The bathroom was very small and the tub was dangerous to get in and get out. Not safe at all.
Rooms were very noisy. You could hear everyone talking on the hallway.

Best staff ever! We arrived before our room was ready and the staff happily tagged our bags and stowed in the concierge room. Rooms are clean and comfortable. THE BEST BREAKFAST ever! Beautiful breakfast room with chef preparing pancakes, churros, omelettes and other eggs to order. Located right on the bus and subway line for easy access to different parts of Barcelona.
