Wonderful
Very clean studio apartment with Murphy beds about a 15-minute walk to the main plaza (Catalunya) and lots of the most important sights to see in Barcelona. The apartment manager Alejandro was very accommodating and can answer any question you might have and point you in the right direction for restaurants/bars/sightseeing.
I think that the owners ask Alejandro to be very strict on rules (there was a list longer than we saw anywhere else in Spain, Portugal or Greece on this trip). And I think Alejandro manages many apartments since he said the only times we could check in were between 15:30 and 16:00 or between 16:30 and 17:00 (which was very inconvenient for us).

The property’s location was very central. The host was fantastic and explained everything for over 30 minutes on all the “ins and outs” of the apartment.
The only thing I didn’t like was that there was a lot communication being forced outside of the booking.com app. Once we got to the apartment we were told we had to do a personal bank transfer because they were not going to accept my credit card because the “wifi was down”. I felt cornered to do a bank transfer when I preferred to pay with my credit card.

Alejandro the Host was exceptional courteous,caring,thoughtful and ready with helpful advice wherever needed.
We arrived to the apartment very late at 3:30 AM,He patiently waited for Us and gave Us a warm welcome.
The Apartment is impeccably clean and maintained to very high standards making for a comfortable and pleasant experience,and very convenient for places to visit.
The Kitchen is very well equipped.

The apartment is nice and clean, has complete amenities, and washing machine also provided. Location is superb, within walking distance to many attractions, metro station and bus stop. The host, Alejandro is such a phenomenal. He guides us from airport, greets us at the door, keeps our luggages before check in time, and gives us many recommendation about what to do, where to eat, etc. He spends almost an hour to explain to us everything about Barcelona. This apartment truly captures our hearts. Muchas Gracias, Alejandro!

I was searching for an apartment that had the following strengths: (1) good location; (2) good shower; (3) good WiFi;. This apartment crossed all three requirements, and was also competitively priced for these requirements. The location meant that interesting neighborhoods like Ravel and the Gothic Center were within walking distance. The shower was reliably warm, and there was room for 2 people to stand in. The WiFi worked well. And the kitchen was equipped (we bought night bread, cheese, and ham in a nearby store, and made wonderful breakfasts in the morning with coffee and juice)
The apartment felt a bit small. While there is a spacious sofa to sit down, and a bar in the open kitchen to put on plates and drinks, there is no table to eat from. We improvised by siting on the sofa and using small stools as individual tables.

We loved how clean everything was. My husband is coeliac so a clean, safe kitchen is vital. It was absolutely immaculate.
But the best thing about the property was the host. He is amazing and 100% made our stay more comfortable. He helped with understanding where everything was in Barcelona, saving us so much time. He is a star

Location was great! Alejandro, the host was super friendly and nice!
Even though there’s an elevator in the building, I still had to walk up/down some stairs to get to it. This proved a bit difficult to do with a 60 pound suitcase.

Me and my Girlfriend had literally the best experience thanks to the amazing Alejandro who was incharge of our stay.
A month before our arrival he covered everything we need to know without us needing to ask anything. He was always helpful and available to our messages and his information was super useful. He made our trip in Barcelona.
The apartment itself was great and felt like we are the first ones to use it. Very clean and Neat.
It has great facilities and came with extras (like washing machine soap and dishwasher gel) that you won't often see in other apartments.
We had an amazing experience overall.
I gotta say that the price felt a little too much for the size of the apartment.
We got bigger apartments before for less charge.

This apartment was the perfect place for me to stay. I love the space, comfort, and facilities provided. Alejandro was an attentive and informative host. I loved his recommendations.
As I was warned, in Barcelona on the weekends, people come home at 2:00 after the bars, and at 5:00 after the clubs. They are loud but settle down and go to bed after a few minutes. My host offered to talk to them, but the noise didn’t last, so I just waited and went back to sleep.

It was clean.
It was quite cold, and very dark. The on;lay light was from the bathroom window which was frosted and looked onto a courtyard.I would not have wanted to spend time there during the day.
