The room was spotless, the location was great and the staff was very helpful and friendly. Perfect spot if you are looking for a great base to explore Barcelona. A refillable water bottle was a real bonus.

located in the suburbs still easy to reach the city centre, quiet and calm neighborhood, comfortable bed (still a bit soft to my like but far better than in most hotels), clean room, breakfast okay, polite and kind staff
due to the thin walls you hear every word your neighbors say, the whole building is outdated, water pressure on the 4th floor is a joke, overpriced for the value (like all accommodations in Barcelona)

Great hotel. Really clean, calm and located in a residential area, but within a 5 min walk from a metro station. For those who want to stay slightly further away from the main touristic attractions, it is the perfect spot. Will definitely come back.
We lost internet for a day, which was unfortunate as it was a necessity for us.

It was in a residential location which was quiet and has nice neighborhood eateries
The air conditioner was not fully working and our room felt humid. The staff did not provide or offer any other accommodations for this problem. We did not sleep comfortably because of the room temperature! The front desk also stated all the rooms are controlled by the hotel and kept on 25 C our room even went up to 26C not very comfortable.

The room was nice and clean. The bathroom as well. We could easily control the air temperature too. The neighborhood is nice and there is a metro station nearby. Only talked with the staff during checkin and checkout and they were friendly.
The sound proofing is not the best. I could hear when people from the neighboring room dropped something on the floor for example. Could also hear a lot of sounds from the hallway.

Location is perfect. We walked but subway is just 2 block away. Is far for the Chaos and nights are very calm.
Property was clean and new and Staff was great from Check in to Check out
A/C was not cooling well in our room but I consider it an isolated thing in a ver nice hotel

We paid a little extra for a Superior room while our friends were in a regular room. There were some differences as ours had more closet space and more room for sitting, so we gathered in it, and they brought the chair from their room. Only one small chair and not much counter space in the room or bathroom. However, the closet in our room was very large. Shower was good, bed was very comfortable. We opened windows to cool the room down, but beware, traffic noise is loud until fairly late in the evening.
Table or counter space is minimal. Traffic noise with windows open.

Very comfortable bed, lovely bathroom.
Loved the water dispenser in the foyer.
The air conditioner is set for the whole hotel, so you can't adjust it in your room. It was set at 27°C. We ended up sleeping with the windows open but had a lot of street noise. We were also in a room next to a family room which presented a lot of noise.
There is a Nespressor machine in the room, but you only receive coffee pods for the first morning. We stayed 8 nights, and it is such a small cost to the hotel to provide 2 coffee pods every day !

Very comfortable beds and very clean, and the staff was lovely. I was also surprised to see a paper with my name welcoming me back for my second stay with some chocolate on it. I’ll come back another time for sure!
