Everything was great as we had stayed there previously with the whole family, all 10 of us, so this was a return visit to Buenos Aires for my wife and I before the start of our cruise.

Excellent location! Super close to the metro and the room was spotless. The hotel staff were incredibly friendly and made us feel welcome from the moment we checked in. I really appreciated the free water provided in the room.

Beautiful hotel, cozy and clean. Very friendly and helpful staff. 5 min from metro to get to Placa Catalunia directly. As a bonus from the hotel we had free drinking water and free umbrellas!

The location was good because we had to be very near the hospital for my girlfriend’s operation, the main staff were very helpful, great laundry service, everywhere was spotless, how only bugbear was the restaurant information to follow
We felt the restaurant let Hotel down several ways, sometimes we have to wait or go to the front desk to get attention,, the food choices were limited on the menu, breakfast was okay, but at €18 per person was expensive, and the bacon was always a bit overdone, the restaurant staff although pleasant, could be difficult to communicate with, when trying to get over what you want to order, and seemed very introverted, there was no banter or rapport, it may be generational, as it does seem the norm these days, but I always think humour is a great asset, certainly make people skills, with a smile and maybe a bit of interest in the customer wouldn’t gi amiss

The room was spotless, the location was great and the staff was very helpful and friendly. Perfect spot if you are looking for a great base to explore Barcelona. A refillable water bottle was a real bonus.

Clean comfortable helpful staff,the Water station was a nice feature,Near to the hospital,very pleased to be going back in a week after ny Girlfriend’s initial recovery ,our room was well laid out and equipped
