The hotel was beautiful and the breakfast wonderful.
Our room was too cold and we couldn’t regulate the temperature. There needs to be a selection of pillows- hard or soft. The large pillows were much too firm for us.

The area is fantastic, with a safe and welcoming vibe, a train station just around the corner, and a major shopping center only a 20-minute walk away.
The room had a strong sewage smell that worsened as the day went on. While the staff was available, they didn’t seem to care or be particularly efficient. We ended up waiting longer than usual for simple requests. The kitchen was tiny and poorly equipped, and the beds were just single ones pushed together to look bigger, easily separating with the slightest movement.

The location is in a safe, peaceful, high-end neighborhood. There are just a few cafes and restaurants around, but they are nice. The staff is kind. There is a bus down the block. The rooms, bathrooms and beds were wonderful and they have ample free, filtered water for guests.
It’s far from the center. You need to give 30-40 minutes to get to most places by public transit. The breakfast was ok but they need to offer better sausage or change that for something else.

Everything was very good - staff, breakfast, location, cleanliness, wifi. The room they gave us was quiet, away from street noise.
Some noisy neighbours and slamming doors audible during night, up to 1am, quiet after that.

Room was excellent, comfortable, capacious, very clean. Very friendly staff with very easy check-in process. Location is very good with three lines (S1 S2 L6) directly to pl. Catalunya and rest of Barcelona. Totally recommending it

We booked the hotel specifically because there were 4 beds in our family room. No sqeeking and uncomfortable beds, but real beds. Our 2 teenagers were very happy. The underground train to the city only 5 min walk away.

The room was spotless, the location was great and the staff was very helpful and friendly. Perfect spot if you are looking for a great base to explore Barcelona. A refillable water bottle was a real bonus.

located in the suburbs still easy to reach the city centre, quiet and calm neighborhood, comfortable bed (still a bit soft to my like but far better than in most hotels), clean room, breakfast okay, polite and kind staff
due to the thin walls you hear every word your neighbors say, the whole building is outdated, water pressure on the 4th floor is a joke, overpriced for the value (like all accommodations in Barcelona)

Great hotel. Really clean, calm and located in a residential area, but within a 5 min walk from a metro station. For those who want to stay slightly further away from the main touristic attractions, it is the perfect spot. Will definitely come back.
We lost internet for a day, which was unfortunate as it was a necessity for us.

It was in a residential location which was quiet and has nice neighborhood eateries
The air conditioner was not fully working and our room felt humid. The staff did not provide or offer any other accommodations for this problem. We did not sleep comfortably because of the room temperature! The front desk also stated all the rooms are controlled by the hotel and kept on 25 C our room even went up to 26C not very comfortable.

Wonderful
The room was nice and clean. The bathroom as well. We could easily control the air temperature too. The neighborhood is nice and there is a metro station nearby. Only talked with the staff during checkin and checkout and they were friendly.
The sound proofing is not the best. I could hear when people from the neighboring room dropped something on the floor for example. Could also hear a lot of sounds from the hallway.

Location is perfect. We walked but subway is just 2 block away. Is far for the Chaos and nights are very calm.
Property was clean and new and Staff was great from Check in to Check out
A/C was not cooling well in our room but I consider it an isolated thing in a ver nice hotel
