Room was nice and tidy. There is 24/7 bar/restaurant on the first floor, it was tasty and good price. Quiet neighborhood and hotel itself was quiet.
Room was hot. We went in January and it was hot, windows opened only in a small space, so a little fresh air and since it's winter there, conditioner was not turned on. If you don't like hot, ask for room on first few floors or maybe with windows that could be opened.

The reception is available all day 24 hours. The room was clean and all the electronic devices worked properly.
I asked for double bed and we received two single beds pushed together. Also, the location was a bit far from the city center (4 stations in Metro). Finally, the window in my room didn’t close properly.

The location is great — very close to the metro, which was especially helpful since it was my first time in Barcelona and I wasn’t familiar with the area. The place looks clean, the reception is open 24/7, and the bed was comfortable.
The rooms have very poor sound insulation. You can hear almost everything from the other rooms — people talking, going to the bathroom, even a phone vibrating during the night. There was no toilet brush provided, and the bathroom has no ventilation. The window in the room only opens a tiny bit due to an “anti-suicide” restriction, which feels unnecessary and makes the room/bathroom hard to air out.
Also, be aware that during check-in they ask you the last 4 digits of the card used for the reservation, meaning you cannot pay for someone else unless the card owner is present. I didn’t personally have an issue, but it’s a strange policy and worth mentioning for future guests.

The staff, the kind people you have working in there but the security guy that was never at the front door and usually walking in the kitchen for coffee.
I know is 1 star and rooms are according to that. Room and bathroom is decent to what you pay.
The inconsistency of the kitchen, you are offering a menu, but food is always missing. You don’t have a problem solving staff, that thinks out of the box. One day was no pizza, another no bread, another the wine glasses were poured all the way up another day glasses were smaller and poured a quarter. Tortilla for example, I do this job as a leaving. You want to see how the staff is trained? You just have to order the ale dish every night. One night the piece of tortilla was cut in 4, to fill up the plate because bread missing, another night the tortilla had 3 pieces of bread, because the tortilla was tiny and another day the tortilla was huge with 2 pieces off bread. Don’t make me wrong, this is the smallest I could tell you, but training the staff in a certain way, it will make the hotel different eventually because it has just 1 star. There was a lack of operational guidance. Thats all… and yes people were upset at the lack of food and service being so slow. Also, you had kids going in the back of the kitchen with beers, I’m guessing they knew the chef. That is a No, No…. Basic rule .

Staff was amazing, helped us with contacting local stores when we had issues with food delivery and were overall very pleasent.
Room price to quality ratio is really good.
Location is solid close to metro L4.
Breakfest is well worth the price.

Nice, clean rooms and a nice buffet breakfast. The location is good, there's plenty of restaurants and bars around the corner.
The perfect hotel if you plan to spend all day around the city and come back at night.

We loved the location of the property. It was nearby everywhere that a tourist needs to visit and see. There is a subway in the distance of a 5-minutes-walk. The staff of the hotel so friendly and helpful for everything we needed. The hotel is totally designed for travelers in all means. There is 24 hours open bar, vending machine, that provides you everything you need. The breakfast was simple and basic and perfect. My husband and I loved this property. When we arrive in Barcelona for the next time, we would love to stay in this property again! :)

Great "budget" hotel (although nothing is budget in Barcelona :D), but real good value. The hotel staff are really nice and the room was great for a couple of nights stay. I would recommend it!
It wasn't 100% perfectly clean, but it was satisfactory, couldn't complain much for the price :)

The room is compact but its cute, the location is amazing, you have everything closed by. Farmacies, metro station, bakeries, restaurants and the beach.
The room is too hot, and you can’t adjust much, we complained that our bathroom had a really bad smell, but no one came to see, and we ended up buying room fresheners to leave in the place. The internet for me was quite an issue, I had to work and the connection was too slow, so I used my private plan most of the time. The staff is great! Unfortunately no vegan options on the menu inside the property.
