The door stopper was not working properly so every time when someone got out, it was banging which didn’t let me sleep.

Location is great, in the centre of the city. Very close to Catalunya square and La Rambla as well. Just 5-10 minutes away by walk
And it has swimming pool at the hostel which is great when it is hot outside in the city
There are a lot cafe and bars next to the hotel so you can eat and drink around

Nice location. Very pleasant & helpful reception staff. Easy check-in & checkout. Nice comfortable beds. Loved small personal light on the bunk bed. A small hanging with three pockets is very useful. Huge and well decorated communal lounge is great place to enjoy the company of others. They let me sit in the lounge for over 3 hours without any questions after checkout. A very well maintained kitchen with two refrigerators and other necessary items.
10 Euros for washing clothes & drying is expensive. Reception didn't know if there's any currency exchange nearby although a shop is in the same block 200 yards away.

Very good location, staff tried to be friendly, it is the right place for people who wish to make friends there (people alike)
Not the cleanest. Reception staff was overwhelmed, too mich wait time for anything there. I had to leave a 10€ deposit for a hairdryer that barely worked. I had to pay 8€ for a lock for the locker in my room. Imo not a place for young people.
