The hostel seems to try their best to over complicate the check-in process.
I got there at 14:20, 40min before the check-in time and I was not allowed to get the keys. I understand the rules say 15:00 but 40min earlier is not a big ask... this shows 0 flexibility by the hostel and no focus in the client best interests.
Then I came back at 15:00, there were 5 staff members in the reception and just 2 computers they could use. So it was basically 2 people working and 3 helpless staff watching the queue getting bigger. I did the pre-checking at home and paid the city touristic tax when I first arrived (14:20), so all I needed to do was to get my room key at 15:00. Precisely at 15:00 I was back in the line as the key was not ready, I waited there for half an hour. Many other guest were there too and the queue behind me was just getting bigger.
***SUGGESTION FOR THE HOSTEL***: next time you ask for a pre-check-in and had the guest pay the touristic tax before 15:00 get the room key ready, so that at 15:00 he/she just needs to collect the key and don't wait in the line again.

location is superb. next to METRO STATION AND IN THE CENTER OF EVERYTHING. I loved that it has many amenities for the traveller to use such as a washing machine and a whole kitchen too... as well as nice places to rest or read.
I thought it might be a bit overpriced. checking in was later than usual. and the waiting line was really long.

Convenient for transport and arrival from airport, safe, lots of cafe, bar and excellent restaurant options. Quiet room, cubicle style bunkbeds, over-sized lockers and free luggage storage.
Mattress could have been in better condition, no bed privacy curtains, no safe dry place to put your belongings while taking a shower, extra charge to replace towel with a clean one, way overpriced for a Hostel with no extra services.

The reception stuff was terrible I arrived to hostel early and i ask them to give me room like 1 or 2 hours before they refused even the room was available. When i arrived i ask if i wait here if the room will be ready did you give me they said yes but then they didn’t give me even the room was ready because i ask one of my roommate he said no body was coming here to clean today so they lie to me and i waste all my time waiting there if they said we didn’t give you even if the room ready i was going to walk

Location was great, very social great room with various methods of entertainment and a live dj.
Staff was horrible, probably 7 out of the 10 or so I met were seriously horrible with very little hospitality skills. Coffee shop didn't open until 8am which means you had no access to coffee unless you went to the kitchen....but the pay per coffee machine there was out of coffee. No coffee. ugh. Check in was a nightmare, I had to schlep my stuff back and forth up and down 3 flights 3 times as the keycard did not work. I asked for a particular bed which was not available.....and come morning it apparently had been available. Just extremely disorganized.

Nice communal areas and staff helpful. Room small without a proper toilet door. 300 euros for 4 people in a hostel is quite expensive

Location is great, stuff was very kind, room was clean and convenient
The worst thing there are sinks, you have to hold it down for it to work, as soon as you took your hand off it would turn off very quickly.
