Good location. I wish there was a table in the room to help with unpacking since I was on a top bunk. Cool bar area, and couches to hang out on.
When I was checking in the front desk woman (wearing an in training badge) was chatting with a friend who was there. She wasn't interested in answering my questions about the facilities and surrounding area. Another Front desk employee saw the interaction and took over checking me in. It was not a good start to the stay.

The wifi never worked for me, only in the reception, the water was cold, staff weren’t too helpful, you have to pay or leave deposits for things like hairdryer and towels, beds weren’t too comfortable

Facility was clean and hygienic.Location was very good just At the heart of the centre. Breakfast was very good. Reception staff was very good and helpful .
Staff at breakfast were rude and non responsive.
My bed mattress was not comfortable . It was sagging from the middle.

The location was good, and most of the staff were friendly.
When I arrived, the bed cover was not properly fitted. It made me wonder if they actually clean and change it between guests.
I also had a very uncomfortable experience with the staff. Although I had already paid for breakfast, one staff member insisted on checking my room and bed number again, while other guests of different nationalities were not asked the same. He even demanded a breakfast bracelet, which I never saw required for others. I also noticed the staff frowning and pointing at me while talking to another colleague. On another occasion, I tried to enter the bar after hours, and the same staff blocked me by waving their finger at me through the glass, which felt unnecessarily rude. These repeated incidents made me feel singled out and treated unfairly.

The beds were actually comfortable, which I really appreciated.
However, there were no towels provided, which was disappointing.
The breakfast was very poor. For 10 €, I expected at least something basic like eggs, but it was honestly not worth it at all.
The staff was okay, nothing special.
Regarding cleanliness, it felt a bit dirty and could definitely be improved.

The location and the common areas are great. Nothing to complain about the dorm and the bed either.
On my last day, I felt uncomfortable with the arrival of a big, drunk and loud group of men in my dorm and asked the staff if I could switch to a different dorm for the night. They were super understanding and immediately changed my dorm without hesitation.
Very specific complaint/feedback but: I think the sinks in the bathrooms are simply very badly designed. They get very dirty very quickly and clogged very easily. I've seen the exact same thing happen at a different TOC location too.

I thought it looked nice, shared areas were comfortable and clean. Staff was very nice and the location is perfect.
Anyone can walk into the building at any time except for the middle of the night, this resulted in my friend getting robbed while she was in the shower, by someone who was not staying there, just walked in and he could go to any floor, any bathroom, any shower. I really suggest a strict male and female shower - that you need a key to get into. I also had a man that was staying there sexually harrass me while in the shower, and he went as far to open my shower door while I was in there. So it is just not safe for women especially. This was the main issue. The bathrooms also smelled absolutely horrible of sewage. But a minor problem compared to the safety issue.

I really liked the hostel it's located exactly in the city center the stuff were friendly and helpful, the room was clean with perfect temperature.
Any issue encountered was easily dealt with i would like to thank every person was in the reception desk for their kindness.
The breakfast was nice.
The breakfast could've been better for the price but it wasn't a big deal for me.
Other than that, everything was perfect.

Location was good. Room was clean and had everything necessary.
1. Mixed dormitory doesn’t mean that I should be the only male in the room. It was disrespectful to everyone in the room!!!
2. “Poker face” staff, excluding those in the bar. You even don’t want to ask anything.
3. No heating in the end of November.
