the staff, especially a man called Fabian working at the desk was very kind and super helpful!, the bar and chilling area was a very nice touch , and lastly I would say the beds were very nice to sleep on.
I believe the cleanliness of the showers especially in the rooms could have been better, and I believe as a guest you should be provided a towel free of charge which was unfortunately two euros and 50 cents to rent.

The beds were actually comfortable, which I really appreciated.
However, there were no towels provided, which was disappointing.
The breakfast was very poor. For 10 €, I expected at least something basic like eggs, but it was honestly not worth it at all.
The staff was okay, nothing special.
Regarding cleanliness, it felt a bit dirty and could definitely be improved.

The location and the common areas are great. Nothing to complain about the dorm and the bed either.
On my last day, I felt uncomfortable with the arrival of a big, drunk and loud group of men in my dorm and asked the staff if I could switch to a different dorm for the night. They were super understanding and immediately changed my dorm without hesitation.
Very specific complaint/feedback but: I think the sinks in the bathrooms are simply very badly designed. They get very dirty very quickly and clogged very easily. I've seen the exact same thing happen at a different TOC location too.

I thought it looked nice, shared areas were comfortable and clean. Staff was very nice and the location is perfect.
Anyone can walk into the building at any time except for the middle of the night, this resulted in my friend getting robbed while she was in the shower, by someone who was not staying there, just walked in and he could go to any floor, any bathroom, any shower. I really suggest a strict male and female shower - that you need a key to get into. I also had a man that was staying there sexually harrass me while in the shower, and he went as far to open my shower door while I was in there. So it is just not safe for women especially. This was the main issue. The bathrooms also smelled absolutely horrible of sewage. But a minor problem compared to the safety issue.

The 6 female dorm is really convenient. There is separate bathroom area and sleeping area, so if you do your cleaning late night it won’t affect the others.
There is no curtain to cover on every bed. It will be much more privacy if they can put there a curtain. Mattresses quality is bed. Mine was having a deep hole, like that part has been pushed down a lot. Having terrible sleep!

Location, bed was comfy. The chill area downstairs with the pooltable is def a pluspoint.
Even though you see people cleaning all the time, the toilets and showers were kinda dirty but i guess this is more because of the other guests. I found multiple woman hairs on my bedsheets when i arrived. maybe a small thing but the elevators are really slow xd it was annoying.
