I really liked the hostel it's located exactly in the city center the stuff were friendly and helpful, the room was clean with perfect temperature.
Any issue encountered was easily dealt with i would like to thank every person was in the reception desk for their kindness.
The breakfast was nice.
The breakfast could've been better for the price but it wasn't a big deal for me.
Other than that, everything was perfect.

The reception guy, marco really has a good communication skill and always offer his kind to help. The bar/cafe team really friendly.
The guy in the afternoon when i come back to pick up my luggage after check in. He should change the way how to communicate coz we pay for the services! And please dont act arrogant coz u working there! U offer ur help but ur body language doesnt!!!!
Each bed doesnt has curtain so less privacy!

Additional security could be applied when entering corridors - only those who stay on the floor should be allowed to enter the corridor

I had a really good time there. Nice room, nice staff, reception 24 hours, good shower, all clean. If I go to Barcelona again, I'm gonna stay in TOC Hostel.

Staff super friendly and helpful.
Too much light coming from bathroom and whenever someone was getting up the light would hit in my face and wake me up. Curtains for each bed would have been better for privacy and lighting
