A wonderful and responsive host, a cozy inner courtyard, and an atmosphere of peace and tranquility just 500 meters from the metro, which takes you to the city center in about 15 minutes. The neighborhood is clean, quiet, and pleasant. The beds are very comfortable, and we really appreciated the opportunity to wash and dry our clothes. The kitchen is well-equipped with everything you need. The house itself is historic and full of character, adding a special charm to the stay. Highly recommended!
If the windows are open, you might hear neighbors if they are noisy, but it wasn’t a problem for us at all.

The location was excellent for my purposes if my son studying in horta.
The cleaning service was incredible and she went out of her way to make my stay enjoyable.

Nice little apartment with all you need for your stay. Having two kids washing machine and drier are a great option. Quiet neighborhood and everything is at walkable distance(supermarket, shops, cafe’, pizzeria,hairdresser). Metro and bus to reach the city center at 5-10 min for the house. The host Valentina is amazing, always ready to help and waiting for you at check in and helping you at the check out.

Great chill location, working WIFI, silent AC in the bedroom, great balcony for breakfast, comfortable bed, everything was clean and staff was cool.
Some kitchen appliances could be switched for new ones.

A lovely roomy apartment with delightful outside courtyard, which we could not use because of the rain.
Washing machine was made available.
Good bed.
Hot shower
Parking made available.
Walking distance to two Metro stations but beware, the property is on top of a hill - however the Metro made it easy for us not to enter the city with a car.
Entry to parking area was quite difficult because apartment was on a very steep one way street.

It's rare that I manage to find everything I need in a rental place...sometimes it's like minor things like where to hang your clothes to dry or towels, but in this warm apartment I had everything and all was explained in the best way possible.
Nothing....maybe the lightbulb in the corridor could be a bit brighter but it was not a big issue, just an improvement ☺️

Clean, organized and the host greeted us directly explained the facilities. Adequately equipped and decently sized.
Close by to the metro, makes exploration of Barcelona easy.
Probably ability to lower the heat, was too hot for my liking, compensated by opening the windows.

Beautiful place but the owner has problems with understanding privacy... Told her that I rented the place for a night to host a pizza dinner for my friends, and asked what time they need to be out and how much costs if one of them stays over. Promised to pay her by leaving money on the table when leaving or to the post box where she told us to return the keys. She waked me up night time, pushed her self in the apartment that I had rented and paid for, with very bad attitude and wanted to check how many people and she was imagining that there is a dog present?

Comfortable and homely apartment. Well equipped and furnished. On the slopes of Tibidabo with a metro a short walk away so perfectly placed to explore the city or the trails.

My stay was quite disappointing for several reasons:
1. Parking: There is no actual designated parking area. The backyard serves as parking, but it has a very narrow entrance. Additionally, there is no ramp, so cars need to be pushed to get into the yard. Coordinating with others to get in and out was inconvenient.
2. Heating: During the winter nights, it was extremely cold. The heating schedule set by the owner was inadequate, and despite our request to leave the heat on, it was not done for the second night, leaving us freezing.
3. Noise: There was no designated quiet time. Guests arrived as late as midnight, causing significant noise and disturbance.
4. Cleanliness: The linens provided were old and had visible hair on them, which was very unhygienic and uncomfortable.
Overall, the stay was not comfortable, and I cannot recommend this accommodation based on my experience.
