There is an independent yard with free parking space, and you can bring your pets to play and sunbathe.
Since it is a wooden villa, if there are children living on the second floor, they will run around and the floor will vibrate, which will make the first floor noisier.

Valentina was very nice and helpful.
It's located on a hill, coming back can be a bit tiring. That said, you add lots of steps in your day, so maybe not so bad

Lovely rooms with a terrace overlooking a garden with a view to the sea. Quiet neighbourhood.
All the kitchen appliances that are needed plus washing machine.
Ten minutes walk to a supermarket and metro station.
Excellent information and guidance from Valentina who met us at the apartment.
Limited options within walking distance to eat out at night but good options at Fontana 3 metro stops away.

Beautiful house, clean and functional apartment, we had everything we needed plus a lovely outdoor space that was perfect for eating and relaxing. and close to Metro stations for getting into the city. We loved it.
Valentina met us when we arrived and gave us good tips and set us up with the WiFi.
We took her advice and walked up to Tibidabo and took the funicular up to the amusement park- a great morning out, it was brilliant!
If we had to be picky, there is some traffic noise during the night. It is not a main road but a through road and because we had to have the window open it was quite noisy at times. But this is nothing to do with the apartments.

Lovely balcony overlooking the garden - nice to sit out in the cool of the evening after a hectic day sightseeing! However, we had expected a 'terrace' (i.e. groundfloor) as stated in the booking, not a balcony.
Confusion over time of arrival - host thought I meant we would be there in the evening, but I clearly stated that our plane landed at 09:30 and we'd travel by Metro to the apartment. We were there at 12:15 but our room wasn't ready, even though check-in is supposed to be from 12:00. We had to wait outside for an hour. Valentina was very apologetic, but it would have been nice to have been able to relax after being up since 4am!

Valentina is a friendly and helpful host who offered us free parking and very useful advice to go around the city.
Small rooms. Tiny WC. Very feable Wifi. Shared bathroom between rooms. No towels or wardrob in the second room

Location is great (calm and peaceful). Very nice terrace and balconies. All the house supplies are available. Everything was clean and in a good state. Availability of free laundry with dryers.
Please consider that the check-out is at 11:00 which is earlier than usual.

The place was large and very comfortable. Clean and our hostess was lovely. She explained how everything worked. She provided a place to park our car. We chose the first floor as it had a balcony. It was very nice sitting out there in the evening. The bathrooms worked well. Yes two bathrooms
The place was great. But it was an uphill walk to it from the two nearby train stations. Otherwise, it was a beautiful property.

Beautiful place. We got the room with a garden. We travel with our dog so size of the apart was perfect for us.
It's a hilly area. It was mostly okay for us, but If you have a difficulty with walking, it would be hard to reach.

The staff was very rude. They lied to us about parking. We have asked many times if they have parking spot before we made a reservation. When we arrived they had very small "garden" barely fit a car, further more complicated to enter. Hour later I had to move my car ,,,need to take out my car because next guests were arriving!!!! When i confronted to them by calling they shouted at us and just hang up without giving any solution. I had to take out my car at night looking for a place to park outside of the hostel!!!! Never experienced such a bad behavior from anyone except the staff from this specific hostel. Specially we asked many times just to make sure they had parking spot ...

The host was very nice and welcoming. The apartment is nice size with a well equipped kitchen. The best part is the garden area which gives more space and is very comfortable.
The location is a bit far from the metro (~10 min walking). Also, the parking inside the property is tiny with very tight entrance, so nit for larger cars.
