Great welcome, great shower and shower products, great bed, great free mini bar, great roof terrace, super helpful staff. .
Only thing I can think of is the air conditioning is a bit slow to change temp

The room was very dark. I thought the room rate was extremely high for the room, so not a good value for that reason. Rooftop needs longer hours, and it would be nice to serve food on the roof in addition to drinks.

This hotel is in a great Gothic Quarter location. Our room on the 5th floor was very quiet. It had doors opening to the balcony below like all rooms. The atrium has a wall of plants on one side and it was quiet despite dining below. The Gothic Quarter area is busy, but you would never know it in this quiet hotel.

The customer service was fantastic, all the staff were so helpful, welcoming and polite. We felt very welcomed and especially thanks to Julian who went out of his way to help us. The room was very stylish, clean with lovely touches including a free mini bar. Roof top was lovely and relaxing to have a drink before heading out in the evening. The hotel was peaceful at all times. The area was perfect as walking distance to most sights and the marina. Would definitely recommend to anyone.

Amazing hotel. Great location, super close to the marina and walkable to all main central areas. The hotel smells amazing everywhere and is gorgeously plush. Our room was so nice with balconies opening on to the vertical garden and courtyard. The staff cannot do more to help you with the smallest things and are so friendly and welcoming. Love that it’s small so they are able to personalise the experience. The rooftop is PERFECT when it’s sunny as it gets the sun literally all day. As it’s adults only I was able to topless sunbathe. Biggest shout out is to the bed in our room. Best bed we have ever slept in and literally had the best night sleep ever. Can’t recommend this hotel enough!!

Fabulous boutique hotel with great little touches, from the gin making kits in fridges, to cocktails on arrival
The aircon was broken for both our nights there and wasn’t able to be repaired, so we had to have windows open all night, which meant sleep was not so good.
