Very Poor
Nothing! I always utilize your website but I really have to complain about everything in this case! Hotel is far from what’s described on website, rooftop ridiculous, it’s not a swimming pool, maybe something to refresh your feet, without bar, and no snacks, full on antennas that prevent to see the panorama and no restrooms! But the worst is the staff attitude very rude and not helpful . I lost something important with 2 tags and they refused to recheck so I could make the item sound! Worst experience with booking.com ever . Please help us to retrieve our staff I add images proofing our tagged item is there !
Everything but worst was staff, we had an early flight and ask at check in what time to get a taxi a followed their advice, 8am, they also guarantee their staff would help us with the luggage. Today at 8.10 they informed us the taxi could not come and we had to walk 7 minutes to find one. When I asked to be helped with the luggage the front desk employee was very aggressive, saying this was not her job and walked us to a main road 7 minutes away without even stopping a cab! I don’t speak Spanish but was an horrible experience! And I need to retrieve the item I lost as have important documents inside ! Please help me with this problem ! Their breakfast start 8 am , if you pay for breakfast and have a flight they are so nice to give you a box! But you can’t cancel breakfast! You have to pay for it! This happened our friend who booked with their website and paid more than with booking!

Great room! Loved being in the heart of the Gothic quarter and the room was stunning. Roof top area to chill!
Keeping the entry street clear would be hugely appreciated. Breakfast was a bit hit and miss - when things arrived was difficult to predict!

The location was wonderful and enabled us to walk mostly everywhere. The accommodations were spectacular and showed a real attention to detail. The staff was attentive and friendly. And the food was well done with good variety. This boutique hotel exceeded all our expectations and I would highly recommend.

The service, the room quality, cleanliness, decor, complementary mini fridge, quietness of the room and the absolutely knock out delicious food!!!
It’s a little difficult to find at first but other than that I have nothing negative to say.

Very Good
Great location within the pedestrian zone. Rooftop area offered a nice place to chill and take in the views. Drinks could be ordered up or else you can take your own up from your rooms mini bar which was included in price. The fridge has 2 beers plus 2 gin and tonics and were replenished daily. They even provide a jar of olives, sweets, nuts and a fresh lemon and lime to make a drink. The fridge also had ice for our drinks. The coffee machine ground its own beans. Not amazing coffee, but nice not having pods for a change. Breakfast was nicely served to order. Not amazing, but still very good and with decent coffee. But for best coffee go around the corner to Coto! Overall, very happy with our stay. Staff were great too.
I found the rooms too dark. Not all rooms will be like this but some have corridors. Beds had nice fresh linen but mattress felt cheap. They were also on the small side and with the windows open you couldn’t really get past the bed. But they were nicely decorated and the view into the courtyard was very nice.
