The staff and the Management, they went out of their way to make our experience better. The location is convenient also
The standard rooms are very small and the lighting is the hotel is low which is designed this way but i believe having an option is great

We loved how quiet the hotel was even though right in the heart of a city. Bed very comfortable, air con fab and staff super friendly. Breakfast was excellent a lot of food

Location is prime, it has a nice rooftop sun deck, tho no bar there, however they will bring drinks up there if you order them. Also what’s nice it that no random people would end up there and only hotel guests. It’s a small hotel so not very many people there. No kids was perfect, nice and calm vacation. Breakfast is a la carte, i had booked my hotel with it and if you wish to eat at your room then no extra charge will be added. Mini bar is complimentary, however it has one large glass bottle of water, two bottles of local beer and two mini bottles of gin also tonic. They also put fresh lemon and like there plus bucket full of ice every day. I would have liked to have some soft drinks as well like Coke or similar, but it wasn’t hard to buy them from local convenient stores.
I would point out that their rooms are very dark and not much light in there even during daylight. So that was disappointing for me.
Im not a huge fan of a la carte breakfast and would prefer buffet more. Although they will prepare and cook everything for you as you wish

Lighting in the room could be better but the dim lights are part of the hotel vibe i guess
Also no cars can take you to the hotel — it's tucked away in a pedestrian-only area of the Gothic Quarter.

Stylish. Comfortable bed and great shutters to block out the light. Nice bathroom. Friendly staff.
Room was surprisingly small - cost per square foot was higher than any I can remember, and I have stayed in some glamorous places. Lighting in the room was too dim to allow you to do much in the room (I read someone else said that and didn’t take it seriously, but - wow, not a lot of fun trying to pack and unpack.) No full length mirror. Hotel only accessible on foot - no problem, but if you’re in a rental car you need to park first then check in. But where? All nearby car parks get awful reviews. There was cryptic mention of “car park for 35 euros” on website but no information was forthcoming on which one they recommended - we hoped they had a good one to suggest. (Why not send an email ahead of time?) We had to proactively call them while en route to find out, but the new member of staff wasn’t sure. They called back with a recommendation, but turned out the one they suggested is not actually currently functional. How did the hotel not know this? It didn’t look like they were making a note when we told them, either, after dragging our luggage from a car park much further away. (To be clear the staff was lovely, but they seemed baffled by the idea that anyone would be driving to Barcelona.) Banging noises from minor construction started in a neighboring room at 9am - just as well we weren’t trying to sleep in. At this price point I expected flawlessness and instead it felt amateurish, like the fever dream of a design student who has not actually done any traveling themselves.

Very interesting boutique hotel centered aroundca courtyard, nicely appointed rooms, great restaurant space and terrific menu, amazing rooftop, fantastic staff.
Limited car access zone. So a little hard to access without arranging help with our bags. Fortunately the staff and cab drivers were great.

This property is absolutely stunning. The staff is very welcoming and helpful. Every detail in the rooms is exceptional from the elegant design of the bedroom and bathroom to the comfort of the bedding.
